If I could give no stars I absolutely would. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. Mc Donald's has better customer service then the kids working here. I had to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker then had to repeat myself at the window, and they still got my order wrong. They are to focused on their conversation with each other and act like your an inconvenience. On top of that they gave me someone else's sandwich when I returned it they gave it to the other customer still. That is absolutely against food handling. Disgusting. I ordered 2 coffees, Received only one and it tasted like absolute garbage. These kids are absolutely Incompetent. Where are the adults? Where is the manager? I called 5 times no answer . I asked for my complete order. They forgot a coffee , and a muffin only for them to laugh like it was a joke. No respect no responsibility. This location is absolute garbage I won't be surprised when they get shut down. I want a refund for my order but can't reach a competent adult and the kids were no help. To them it was a joke.

Stay away from this location. The staff are slow and ignored me even though 2 were not helping other customers or doing anything. I usually go to Starbucks but this is close to my work so I thought I’d give them a try. Big mistake. Beans & Brew has lost a customer for life. I’ll stick with Starbucks.

The beans and brews at the district always has kind workers and great customer service. They always get my order right and the food is really good for the price !

Where is an adult manager, kids will talk about their life relationships and gossip with friends (who got his coffee before me) than give me my 16 oz coffee I’ve purchased in more than 15 minutes like you should at a place to purchase coffee. Announcing my coffee is ready would be a great start, wish I could take back my $1 tip. I’m patient because I’ve worked in this service but I’m the only one here minus their friend, a little ridiculous. Customer service truly out the window at this location. And I thought we stopped using the “R” word. Distasteful.I just left without the coffee, check your cameras.

I came in and got two coffees. I asked for my receipt cause they didn’t scan my app and they never gave it to me. I called 5x and not one answer on any of these. Shame on you beans for not having better customer service.

I work as a night shift nurse. I always come to this beans and brews around 5:15-5:30pm for coffee before work. 9 times out of 10 they are cleaning their frozen latte machine early so they can’t make my drink of choice. They don’t close until 6, they should wait until 6.

The last two times I’ve bought coffee here I request a decaf at the speaker and confirm at the window. Well BOTH times it wasn’t decaf. The first time I caught it and threw it away, the second I didn’t and drank it. Now I feel like I’m on edge with the caffeine. I understand a bunch of teens work here but its a basic ask at a coffee shop.

The guys who work here are great. They provided friendly and helpful service. The coffee was good and one of the best cold brews I've had. Great way to wake up in the morning.

tried giving this location another chance. will not be coming back. the employees are lost and not communicating with each other. one of the employees made half a drink and walked away and forgot about it and forgot my second drink. I ordered a blueberry muffin it was hard and super cold almost frozen. I was in the drive through for 30 minutes.

My bank statement shows I spent 17.00 for one coffee. Thanks for adding a 10.00 tip without my consent. This is why I always try to do cash at the drive-thrus.

I started coming into this location a few weeks ago. I walk in not drive thru. I don't like drive thu. People are to lazy these days. Since coming here i have grown to know in this little amount of time Hailee, Chris and Tyler. I wish I could provide 100 star's. When I pull up they know exactly what I want. I don't even have to order it. They go the extra mile in making it specifically the way I like. Not only that, the great conversations I've had with them have been fun. This is the old school way of doing thing's. That's sadly not so common anymore. If they ever needed any employment I would hire them with no experience just based on the quality of type of people they are. The positive attitudes. ✨️ People like these 2 is what sets businesses apart. I hope beans \\u0026 brews knows the value of these guy's. I certainly do. Great job guys. I would drive miles out of my way for coffee just cause of the service they provided me.
