I love Beans and Brews but not this location. Two times I ordered the breakfast burrito, and both times I clarified if it was the bacon and cheddar or the egg and potato. Both times I was told it was the bacon burrito but it wasn’t. It was the egg and potato. Which normally wouldn’t be a big deal anywhere else, but they taste completely different here. The potato one literally tastes like vomit. So the next time I went in, I decided to skip the drive-through and go into the lobby. It took over five minutes for anyone to take my order. The two people behind me ended up walking out because it was taking so long. I do feel bad, because they only had two people working, which seemed a bit understaffed, especially for the amount of food orders they were getting through the drive-through. Maybe this is why they aren’t so friendly.

I love Beans and Brew but I don't love this location. I buy coffee at other locations all the time. This time I just happened to be DoorDashing and was not allowed to use the bathroom. They said the bathroom was occupied and it would be about 5 mins?! First off there are two bathrooms there and how would they know how long it was going to someone? Clearly they just didn't want to give me the key.

Staff was super nice, and we love bringing our dogs for a pup cup. They staff is always excited to see them.

Delicious drinks and amazing service! I go too often, maybe i have a problem LOL That beautiful blondie boy deserves a raise. He is a talented barista I recommend the caramel cielo if you want to tickle your tastebuds.

I visited Beans and Brews as a first time customer today. I live out of state so I was excited to try something different. I walked in about 10 minutes ago, no one spoke and walked past us as if they were inconvenienced by our presence. My husband and I walked out because to spend money and have someone to make drinks out of our necessities was ridiculous. I want coffee and you want business. So sad to look and see many people have had the same experience. I run a business, I see potential in this store that far exceed where you are now. Great workers(maybe) but will lose you customers(sad) equals decrease in profit. Read your comments it shows a trend.

Had to keep repeating the order, didn’t get the drinks right in the end. And forgot part of the order. Seemed like they were having a bad day.

Most of the staff are minors and seem to be undertrained. My frappe ended up splitting everywhere been they overfilled it and just watched me as I poured it into another cup and cleaned the area. I firmly believe in being kind and mindful when interacting with workers in the hospitality industry, and this is no different. I think these young people need more training to avoid nasty customers.

I decided to return after a week of my last review and see if anything had improved, or if maybe my last experience was just a bad day for the location. As the stars can probably tell you, it wasn't any better. The frozen Caramel Cielo was again way too creamy. When I say it's too creamy, I mean even to the point where you can look at it and tell. (In the attached images, the drinks are in shadow. In the second photo, this is how the drink settles after about half an hour. It's normal to see the consistency change a bit. However, you can see clearer the issue with the creaminess.) In my long experience with food industry machines, this tells me that the frozen latte machine is either not being operated correctly or an incorrect recipe is being added to the machine. Food wise, I tried the brekky tacos. Without hot sauce, there was very little flavor. I am however glad that I did not have it handed to me still in the normal packaging. All in all for the price paid, McDonald's will give you better satisfaction

I recently visited Beans and Brew, and I was completely blown away by the Cafe Mocha! It was hands down, the best Cafe Mocha that I've ever tasted, much better than Starbucks.The service at Beans and Brew was also outstanding. The baristas were friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer any questions I had and providing excellent recommendations.In addition to coffee, Beans and Brew has a great selection of teas and pastries that are baked in-house. In addition to the fantastic drinks and food, the cozy and cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot to work or meet up with friends.Overall, I had an outstanding experience at Beans and Brew, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great coffee spot. Don't forget to try the Cafe Mocha - you won't be disappointed!

I waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru with no one in front of me. After I paid my order, another employee came to the window and tried to charge my again for the order behind me. Then when my drink finally came out it was the wrong flavor and didn't have the whipped cream or espresso that I ordered with it.

We were very thankful to find open coffee shop by the trailhead on Thanksgiving. Great service and friendly staff.
