Absolutely the worst service I’ve received, took them 3 hours to get here from the time I called, charged me 45 dollars to show up, just to not get the job done. Called another company and it was done in 45 mins. Along with calling 3 times and the call dropping for some reason. I do not recommend wasting your money there.

I wish I could give these guys 6 stars, they are amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Just go in, don't call. I think the phone goes to some corporate office. They quoted me $145 for labor and $120 for a key cylinder. That seemed expensive, so I took my key cylinder in to see if it really needed all of that. They put all new pins in the original cylinder and I was out the door for $45. Now that's a deal! I definitely will be returning with any other key issues I have in the future.

This place is friendly, prompt, and very low cost. I’ve been to about 5 different dealerships/locksmiths to fix the second key to my car. Other places wanted a $170 diagnostic fee, or completely replace the key. Took it to this place, and within 15 minutes, have a working key and only $75 later. They programmed my new key and replaced the casing and key portion of my old key. By far and away the most competent locksmiths on the Wasatch front. I drove all the way from Provo to finally have these guys fix the problem. Cannot recommend more!

Randy, the technician, was absolutely exceptional! Although he couldn't immediately unlock my stubborn lock, he went above and beyond by driving me to Nissan to obtain a key with a code so that I wouldn't be left stranded. Furthermore, he skillfully handled numerous phone calls during our trip. Randy's dedication to his job and outstanding customer service are rare to find.
