If you've got a Costco membership, why go anywhere else? It exclusively sells Top Tier gas recommended by all auto manufacturers, is cheaper than surrounding gas stations, is convenient, and it's never let me down

I highly don’t recommend this location. Steven in customer service has the worst service. I forgot my whole wallet but had my husbands wallet and his ID with the SAME last name and my picture is on the Costco membership and he wouldn’t print a day pass. Talk about driving 40 minutes to come shop this Costco for no reason. Not to mention I had to drag 3 kids out of the house for this too. I couldn’t even get my RX because who wants to walk past everything we needed for dinner and groceries this weekend to only not buy anything.
This location sucks in general. I would highly recommended taking your money and getting a Sam’s Club card. They have way better customer service and don’t turn away hundreds of dollars. I will no longer be shopping Costco for future.
Steven I hope you do better in the future and learn how to treat people with better customer service when it’s already stressful to forget your whole wallet with your pass and then to deny me a day pass for one hour while I already had my 3 kids out. I spend a lot of money here at this location. Almost $800 every two weeks. I guess my money is no good here.
Thanks SAMS CLUB! I just spent $600!!!!

I've had a rough time at this location. Employees have been very unhelpfulness and indifferent to my questions and needs. I've had employee flat out ignore or pretend to be unable to hear me and then walk away. Also, they never have enough motorized handicap carts. I'm particularly upset today because I hobbled up to the entrance in crutches, and asked if there were any motorized scooters available and the employee looked me up and down and asked, "Do you really need one? We have a wheelchair over their." When I asked how I should wheel myself and a cart around she shrugged and laughed, "Probably not very well." I was embarrassed and offended. I left. I'm not going to this location anymore.
