i opened a membership with costco at this location but the customer service rep never mention the restrictions only being able to pay using visa credit!? i was coerced into opening a costco citi visa that i did not really need. when i went to try to put gas at their gas station i wasn't able to pay unless i had visa credit card which never arrived in the mail. i asked for assitance but the attendant did not know how to help. after two days back and forward with them i finally got my 30 day money back guaranteed after canceling my costco membership and costco citi card. i do not recommend costco in general because lack of customer service and they don't let you use other credit cards other than visas.

I like this Costco never had problems finding what I need. Everyone I encounter is nice. Never really super busy. I always come around 1-2pm on weekdays just for reference.

I just left Costco with my fiancé who is pregnant and we didn't not appreciate the attitude Jerry at self-checkout gave us as we were scanning our groceries. We could of done without him shoving us out of the way and belittling us because the check out was acting up!

I like going to Costco in general. They have great deals. The associates on the other hand...not the best. Even the "supervisors" in the red vests act like they don't want to be bothered. I went to merchandise pickup waiting for an associate to check for a possible out of stock item and ALL of the "Supervisors" just walked past me for a good 10 minutes and not a single associate stopped and asked me if I was being helped or if I needed help. At this particular Costco they only have 3 or 4 associates I actually like...everyone else...eh...nothing to write about

Jake helped me in the tire center with multiple things. I'm very bad with cars and he was patient and talked me through everything. I hope he knows how much I appreciated it(:

Pretty much always have a great experience coming here. The workers are always happy and more than willing to help with questions. They go out of their way to find the answers too. It is a very busy Costco but there isn't anything the store can do other than making as many checkout stands avail as possible. They definitely do that too. Quite impressed! The only thing we have ran into is quite a few things are out of stock consistently. With the pandemic I am sure getting stock is hard though with almost everything.

Costco is a staple in my life, I don't know what the heck I was doing before I had a membership! I feel like every time I go, I get Costco brand toilet paper, tissues, a rotisserie chicken, hot dogs, and shredded cheese. But they have all kinds of things! Electronics, Tupperware, silverware, produce, etc. There is basically anything that you can think of. Most of it in bulk, but not everything. I've found really nice clothes here, shoes, even blankets. It's kind of one of those stores that is really hard to describe and you just have to go there. I also love the food court. Chicken bakes, pizza slices, hot dogs, churros, frozen yogurt are all delicious. I struggle to leave the store without getting something. Also samples are back!!!

I do not have a the best shopping experience when I come here. It always feels like the workers are extra snobby just like their customers. I don't know if it has to do with the location, but I hate this Costco.

Who doesn't like Costco? I tried to abstain for awhile, but finally got a membership again after several years of letting it lapse (I erroneously thought I was not getting my money's worth. I was wrong.) Anyway, a friend offered me to split a membership with her, so I jumped on board and am now again a card-carrying member. Sure, they sell food in bulk. And sure, sometimes it's more than my small family can eat before it goes bad. But with some proper planning, we can make sure to avoid food waste. There are also tons of non-food (non perishable) items that we go through anyway, so why not buy in bulk? (I'm looking at you, toilet paper.) The thing that sold us was the premade meals. These ain't no flavorless TV dinners. No sir, these are gourmet, better-than-I-make-myself dinners....that I may just take the credit for now and then. Curry chicken? Why yes, I'll share my recipe. Costco. Chicken skewers flavored to perfection? My secret? Costco. This location is closest to home for me, which is convenient. I've found it to be crowded, but not as much as some others in the valley. Try to get there right when they open and you may be able to avoid some of the crowd. I'll see you there. Eating my cheap hot dog and scoping out the samples.

A month after government mask mandate has ended Costco is still requiring masks in all their stores. Employees are not trained to help, they only care if your mask is on covering your nose. I think I'll go shop at Sam's club where they allow me my freedom to choose if I want to wear a mask. I'm not interested in supporting mandates and control against the people like this fascist company.

When you buy new Michelin tires from Costco and they bolt the hub caps covering the valve stem.
