Terrible service. Came in with a slow leak and they said it would be 45 minutes max likely much faster. It was an hour and 45 minutes before they were done. When I looked there was only one guy back there. And they didn't even fill the tire up all the way. I got new tires there but never going back.

I had a razor blade at my tire and though they couldn't plug it because it was too big they were really cool about it and help rotate my tires. Brandon was especially cool. Thanks for trying and help him out

Told me they fixed a tire with a nail in it just for me to notice the next day they never fixed it and wasted two hours out of my day. Mind you the tires are under warranty with them and brand new.

We have Michelin tires in a variety of performance and comfort levels across 3 of our vehicles. Lawrence, Ben, Tyler, and the rest of the crew are always professional and courteous. Special thanks to Lawrence for taking such good care of my 91 300zx. Batteries, tire rotations, tpms sensors, lug nuts.... the list goes on and on and includes all the stuff you don't want to think about, and that's the point. They just take care of it. Drop your car off early and don't have any expectations on how quickly it will be done. I am ALWAYS shocked by how quickly my car is done.

Costco Tire Centers have always been 4 or 5 star great. This is about one bad experience getting the tires installed at the Sandy Tire Center. Essentially, since it wasn't crowded, they told me my car would be done in an hour, and it appeared to be done before an hour. The tires were on the car, but the car was still on the mount. I think everyone went to lunch, neglecting to finish "the paperwork".
The person at the counter was new. She knew I made an appointment 2 hours after I dropped the car off, but seemed unconcerned and answered two phone calls before giving me the keys (she could have easily asked them to hold for 20 seconds). Still, it's not as bad as putting the tires on my car and then going to lunch.

service is nonexistent and quality is very poor bad tasting chemical filled food, garbage for gold prices. A Complete & Total rip off!

The staff are so amazing. they were helpful and kind, They helped me out with a flat when other companies said, it could not be done and I had to get all new tires. Costco staff fixed it same day. truly amazing

They didn't have senecot that I desperately needed they didn't have straws for the cups at their food court. The lid was the opening for the cup like a sippy cup for a child so stupid.
