I’ve been shopping at this CVS for over a year, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently been uncomfortable. Every time I go in, I’m followed and repeatedly asked if I need help even after clearly saying no. It goes beyond customer service and feels like judgment based on how I look.
As a minority, it’s especially disheartening when this treatment comes from someone who should know better. We should be uplifting one another not contributing to the problem.
During one visit, I had to firmly speak up because the behavior was so persistent. It’s frustrating and offensive. Spending $357.90 in your store should show that I’m a loyal customer not someone to be treated like a suspect.
If theft is a concern, have proof. Don’t stereotype. Do better.

Large pharmacies like this are hit and miss, as it pertains to service. CJ is the main pharmacist we deal with at this CVS, and he is truly a professional. He ALWAYS answers questions. A few of us in our home have fairly complicated medical issues, and use a lot of prescriptions. On many occasions, even during busy hours, CJ has talked through what we should expect from the medicine, what we should watch for, interaction-wise, etc. More than anything, I would say that he comes across as if he enjoys his job, and he cares about the pharmacy customers he serves.
I hope CVS understands what a great asset they have in this pharmacist.

CVS: happy to take your money, but don’t expect anything else. This pharmacy is terrible. Consistently rude and unprofessional with absurd wait times. Also with a company the size of CVS, why are we still doing the ‘closed for lunch’ thing? Are we really incapable of staggering lunch breaks to prevent a massive pileup every afternoon? This is just a symptom of the complete disregard for customers/patients.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The manager Jeanette is a horrible person. She has zero customer service and a bad attitude. She refused to take a photo of our three year old because she was “moving” too much. My child was on other sitting still to get her picture taken. She then proceeds to tell me to “train” my child. She even started raising her voice at my child while trying to click her photo. I mean why advertise that you take photos when you have staff that can’t. Never going there again and I recommend that you should not go there too.

I had a wonderful experience with a team member, Merry. She was so helpful because using an insurance flex card is not easy. She helped me pick brands that were allowed by the card which is from Aetna, and used the available coupons. The only complaints I have have nothing to do with her. For one when she tried to use some of the coupons they came up as outdated and they were not. For another I could not get the magnesium glutinate because the CVS brand is from China and the name brand is not, which is acceptable to me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to use my Flex amount and my coupons to the utmost

Richard was very helpful, he helped me find what I needed and I was surprised to see someone with such a good attitude working on Christmas Day. Honestly I believe he could be a customer experience trainer. Thanks!

AVOID THIS STORE/PHARMACY. Everyone that works here needs to go to customer service training. The employees are extremely rude and dismissive.

To the people that work here, that's just a job, but to the patients that you're taking care of, it's that patients quality of life.
So when someone asks to have their regular monthly meds filled and they have to wait a week, almost every month, that is an issue.
Is inventory an issue here?
When a patient's doctor says to have the pharmacy call to refill your prescriptions and the pharmacy tells you, the patient should call the doctor. Sounds like someone needs to do their job. When you tell them to do their job and they refuse to, So, You remove your prescriptions because of all the multiple issues for over a year, and then all of a sudden start getting calls about refill requests from 1 time fills, like antibiotics, it's a problem.
Just do your job, don't make others suffer, and be decent people.

I was super glad to run into this place as I really was in need of an over the counter medication and this place had what I needed. The store is organized and clean as most CVSs are. Glad I was able to get what I needed.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Pick literally any other pharmacy for your own sanity

I have been to this pharmacy a million times and it is the slowest and rudest pharmacy i’ve ever been to. They do not care how long you wait. I will not be going here ever again.

Pharmacy needs some changes and lessons on customer service. I work in the medical field and this place needs some lessons on courtesy and ethics.
