It has been over a week since CVS has received my prescription and I have not been able to get my medication. The app says "delayed - call the store" and I have been on hold for over 30 min with no answer from the pharmacy.

The website clearly states “Walk-ins ALWAYS welcome. They had signs at the store. And when I got there, the main pharmacist rudely asked me what I needed and when I asked for a flu shot, she said I had to make an appt and when I said the store says it accepts walk ins, she looked at me like I was dumb and said “yeah we aren’t doing that” … I was there 15 min before your next available appt and y’all were rude. Change your website and info in the store and work on your customer service. Big yikes.

It was time for me to receive a vaccination, and my local CVS was where I chose to get it. This is a large, fully stocked, drugstore with everything you need for most health concerns. I had made an appointment and showed up a bit early. They checked me in immediately and then, within a few minutes, I was shown to a private area to receive treatment. The pharmacist who attended to me was polite, professional, and efficient. She answered my questions, and completed my personal vaccination record to aid in future international travel. Aside from the privacy area, being a bit small (I'm a very big guy) the place is clean, well lit, and nicely run. I would definitely recommend this CVS drugstore/pharmacy for all your health needs.

Absolutely unprofessional. Disgusting staff that lies and treats their paying customers like trash. Around 6:54 my fiancé left the pharmacy, being promised that in “10-20 minutes” my INHALER THAT KEEPS ME BREATHING, THAT I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT FOR 3 DAYS!!! Would be ready :). So he then comes to pick me up, and we get back to the store at around 7:20, we pull up to the window saying we are here to pickup for Avari, they get all my info, then close the window, come back 2 mins later, and tell me they’re “swamped” and will not be able to fill it tonight. I asked if there was anyway I could have it filled tonight because I’ve been without it for so long, and I really can’t breathe, then the pharmacist with black hair yells from the back that there is no possible way, and I’ll just need to wait until tmr, or just go to a different pharmacy. Well don’t you worry, I will be finding a new pharmacy. So embarrassing to work in such an important field and act that way. Such a shame. Hopefully all of these 1 star reviews will make things change !!

I went to this location in Herriman once and the pharmacist himself acted strangely angry and defensive when i asked if he knew what time the prescription would be ready. I never went back, obviously, so it may have been an isolated incident. I would recommend just avoiding this location. No one needs that treatment from a health care provider. They're paid a lot of money to be kind and knowledgeable.

I step up to the window at 1:38pm to pick up my daughters medication. Instead of being treated with politeness. They inform me that they are closing for lunch. The pharmacist makes no eye contact when when I politely informed them that I am here for just one medication. She continues to stare at her computer and says nope we’ll open at 2:00pm. I would like to express how dehumanizing it feels to be greater in such a fashion, I will sit quietly and wait behind the curtain, wondering if my little bit of business matters to CVS because I define do not feel as if they need my business. Is it worth transferring my prescription? Next time for sure. Advise for the future. Treat your customers well. You have plenty of competition and your not doing the best job, take a look at your reviews. This is under the direction of Carly. She could care less.

Pretty clear they thought I was gonna steal something. I was basically the the only person in the store (go figure) and an employee kept walking by and looking over but not like, asking me if I needed help or anything as I was kind of aimlessly browsing drinks and snacks. If I was gonna shop lift something you really think I'm gonna go for the chips and soda? what am I 16? gonna grab 2 bottles of coke and sprint out? isnt it mostly makeup and stuff like that people go for in those flash mob shoplifting videos you see online? Anyway, anyone who has ever had employees or LP not-so-subtly follow them around while they shop because they profiled them knows its a weird, shameful feeling like you have somehow done something wrong when all youre doing is legitimately shopping. I work in retail myself so I know they were just trying to be good employees and Im not trying to get anyone in trouble. frankly my hair is pretty long and I was wearing old sneakers and sweat pants (its my day off what can I say) so I dont even really blame them for profiling me but loss prevention can be accomplished in ways that dont make the customers feel the aforementioned weird, shameful feeling.

Phung Tran (the pharmacist) and her little band of trash employees are being petty again and decided not to allow me to fill my prescriptions at all. She apparently doesn't think she should be held accountable for lying to me and causing me extreme pain (landed me in the ER). That's ok, sweeties, the other location is actually more convenient for me since it's near the UPS store. Be happy I didn't take you to court!

Do NOT trust anything pharmacist Phung Tran says! She outright LIED about dosing on a pain prescription after dental work, which caused me to suffer GREATLY and NEEDLESSLY during the Memorial Day holiday weekend! My dental surgeon and an ER doctor BOTH told me that Phung lied to me about the dosing and that I was way UNDERDOSING because of what she told me! I talked to manager Carley but she didn't seem to really care all that much and tried to defend Phung. I filed a report with the Utah DOL against her! DO NOT TRUST HER!

I came here for my kid that’s sick I know it was last minute to closing but I knew what I needed. Landon the employee was hovering over me as I’m looking at the medicine trying to find the tussin he’s sighing as I told him what I’m looking for because they close in two minutes. He was giving me attitude telling me I need to find what I need and get out. He kept reminding me that I have one minute left and now they’re closed. I told him I’m looking I’ll be quick, he leaves then starts to come back to me as I’m walking to the front. Horrible customer service. The operations manager was very nice after we told her what happened. He should not work in customer service. I’m sorry I came right before you were closing but I can’t help if I run out of something due to the shortage due to multiple kids.
