I went to wash my car on nov 18 an nothing works no soap no wax no tire cleaner or spot free this place going down I been coming to this loc for many years and last month it seems to be worse

The bays are nearly always filled with mud and debris. When hand washing, sometimes soap comes out of the pressure washer and sometimes it doesn’t, it just depends on what bay you are in. The spot free rinse is definitely not spot free. This place is okay if you just need to wash off some dirt and mud, but don’t expect your car to come away sparkling clean. Poorly managed.

Used soft touch today because Touchless was out of service and got tons of deep chips in the paint that were not there before the wash. Would like contact with owner/manager to discuss damages and how to stop it from happening it again to other customers.From 2019. One automatic stall was out of order, other stall wasn't fully working. Red light to stop was out so only half my car was washed. Had to pay to go thru again. Tried to call number listed and it's a full mailbox. I'd like to be contacted for a refund of my second wash.

Do not go here! The automatic wash broke after it sprayed my car with soap. The bar was too low to drive forward so I had to back out and go into self wash bay to actually wash my car. I called the owner who said he would refund my money but never did then never returned my calls. The self serve bay was full of rocks and mud. Worst place ever!

STAY AWAY - This car wash used to be my go-to for many years as it was a convenient spot. However most of the vac stalls do not work and a lot of the spray options like 'Pre-Soak', 'Degreaser', etc. do not work.Lots of work trucks and off road vehicles come through here and make an absolute mess and embed rocks/dirt into the brushes.

Wash bay are not maintained and always filled with mud and rocks. Wands are broken and machine swaps through wash modes slowly and eats up your time. The auto wash let's the people behind you push you out when you are using your dry time which is very annoying and frankly stealing time you paid for . There is no contact info on the receipts that print so you can't contact the owner for issues or refunds take your money somewhere else and save yourself the headache. I used to come here every week. I'm tired of nothing being done about any of this. .

Generally pretty good. Last time I went through it covered my car with soap and quit. This time using the soft touch side it ripped my front license plate bracket right out of my bumper.

Worst place ever needs to be knocked Down and rebuilt. Soap never works never has any products will never use again and we live around the corner! I would rather drive to a better one!

They give you a good amount of vacuum time for $1.00, however, the vacuums don’t have much suction, so it does take longer!The fragrance stick does not work at all.I put in $1.00 - nothing was coming out.I thought it may take a second to get going, but the time ran out - had to pop in more quarters, and it didn’t end up working at all!It was waste of $1.50.They charge $2.50 to start the wash, which is pretty high for the amount of time you get! It’s $1.00-$1.50 more than competitor car washes.I don’t mind paying a little extra, but I would like to get what I pay for! You end up having to pay more, on top of their extra surcharge, because the equipment doesn’t work that well!I will say that it is a clean car wash!Not trashy like some. It’s a great location!If they could get their equipment really going and working, I would be a regular!

I use this car wash at least once a week. I wish the undercarriage wash was a little longer and had a timer.

Waited like 4 minutes for the engine degreser and tire cleaner to come out but it was completed out of it. So I got robbed with 4 minutes

Stay away from this car wash if you like your vehicle. After using the Ultimate Soft-touch wash with air dry at the end, there was blue foam all over the passenger side and rear of my vehicle as well as the hub caps. I wiped off the residue off as best I could and called the customer service number posted on the car wash building. The person I spoke with offered no apologies for the inconvenience, offered no remedy for the streaks of blue liquid dripping down my vehicle and suggested I was at fault for this happening. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I’m stunned. There are other car washes within 1-2 miles with much better equipment and for the same price. I can’t believe this business has been able to stay in operation for years. Consider yourself warned.

I really like this place. No push to buy a membership. I didn't get my free vacuum code this last time. I usually don't see anyone maintaining it. I do go there off hours though

Too bad 0 stars is not an option. You will want to stay away from this car wash if you like your vehicle. I purchased the Soft-touch Ultimate wash with dry at the end. When I went to vacuum the vehicle. I saw that the passenger side and rear were still covered with blue foam and the hub caps looked dirtier than when the vehicle went in. I wiped everything down as best I could and called the customer service number posted on the building. The person I spoke with offered no apologies for the inconvenience, offered no remedy for the streaks of blue running down my vehicle and even suggested that I caused this to happen by moving my vehicle during the wash process. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! There are so many car washes within 1-2 miles of this joke of a business with much more effective equipment. Stay away from the Daybreak Auto Spa unless you're into getting another car wash immediately after having it washed there.
