I've been fortunate enough to take several trips with Destinations. Every time they have exceeded expectations and gone above and beyond. They did all they could to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend them for your incentive travel.

Booked a "pre-paid" cruise October 2019 for a sail date of April 2021. Due to the pandemic the cruise was cancelled and I have been unable to get anyone other than Britany to respond to my emails. This cruise was marketed as a nursing cruise with added CE credits to the itinerary. The organization is now using the monies paid by thousands of participants and giving away tesla's AND is now promoting a new networking company NurseCon. They are a con alright, coning people out of their money and walking away. I did sign stating that if I cancelled my trip it was non-refundable but, they did not sign any such document. The document applies only if I cancel. This organization takes advantage of people and circumstance of the pandemic to profit off others. Company responded to this review and stated that they were sorry about the circumstance and that I had signed that no refund if there was a cancellation. However, when I booked this trip, the no refund if cancelled was directed at the consumer (me) not the company. The company did not address what happened if they themselves cancelled the trip. The cruise company has refunded the money to the Nursecon organization, I am only asking that the refund be filtered down to me, the consumer. I did not cancel this trip. The ambiguous wording in the contract in regard to company action should be addressed. They have addressed it on future events. But that is like closing the barn doors after the horses are out. I hope Destinations, Nursecon, and Nurse Blake take a hard look at themselves and do the right thing. Instead of promoting new ventures and vehicle "gifts" as a way to distract from this very real circumstance.

Our family has used Destinations for travel needs for over 20 years. Every experience and interaction with their company, the Lambert family, and their staff has exceeded our expectations! My older brother is in wheelchair and they always went out of their way to make sure he was part of the group and had all the special accommodations he needed. The venues they recommended were always the best and they made sure all the detail of every trip for the company was exceptionally orchestrated. These people have mastered their craft and are the best in the business. Again, this comes from numerous personal experiences. You can’t go wrong with Destinations!

I wish I could give them a 10 star review. By far the best agency I have ever worked with. Going above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe this company and their efforts. They have taken me and my company to destinations that I never even imagined. I have personally dealt with both Kip and Rick Lambert and couldn’t be more impressed with them. We have used Destinations for years to handle our huge family trips. They have long-standing relationships with all the best hotels, resorts, excursion companies, and cruise lines, so they are able get us amazing deals. We went on a Royal Caribbean Cruise out of Florida, and they hooked us up with some sweet vacation homes near Universal and DisneyWorld for an unforgettable extension beforehand. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to their excellent planning. All the grandkids from 18 years-6 months old had an amazing time onboard and at each port of call. We’ll definitely continue using Destinations in the future.
