Better than most hotels I stay at for business travel. The food is especially good. The breakfast is exceptional and the evening reception that occurs daily is a great touch. The rooms are large and comfortable. The towels are thick. This is my third stay here. It is where I stay when I visit SLC.

Stayed here with wife and 3 kids, this is definitely one of the nicest embassy suites we’ve stayed at yet. Our room was perfect and spacious, more than enough space for us and the kids with a big bathroom. But honestly the number one reason I go to any embassy suites is the breakfast. They have made to order eggs and I can’t get enough of them! Get a massive omelette with potatoes on the side and some waffles, juice and fruit-best breakfast around! I didn’t hit up the gym or pool so can’t speak to those. Would absolutely return if needed and I especially liked it’s proximity to the freeway

Fantastic experience. Everything I've come to expect from the Embassy brand. Restaurant was great, free breakfast was even better. Room was clean, only complaint was that they didn't fill the soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower. Parking costs $10, but not that big of a deal.Bottom line: reasonably priced, clean rooms, great staff, nice restaurant. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything is perfect! Except, I’m stuck with cable on the TV in 2023? For real? No one thought that maybe that’s an easy change to stand out a bit? I stayed in a little Motel in Beaver a few months ago that had the TVs capable of it. What is happening here in a big city and how are they not moving with the times?Overall the rooms are what you pay for, and the staff is awesome. I just can’t get over that I feel like I’m locked in the 2000s not even being able to airplay.

House keeping barged in my room at 7am on my 1st stay.On my second stay house keeping caused me issues again reporting false smoking report causing hotel to keep deposit. I do not recommend this location!I have loved every Embassy Suite I have ever stayed at. I will Never return to this location!

Great stay! Room is new and spacious. Fantastic complimentary breakfast. We chose this hotel for an overnight after flying into SLC, and were happy with our decision. Our group of 3 stayed in the 2 queen beds 2 room suite and it was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had, which included made-to-order omelette and fresh fruits. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a short drive away. Access to the covered parking deck is $10.

This was such a great Customer Service experience. My reservation had issues and was cancelled. They helped me check in early while working with Hilton customer service. Breakfast was fabulous. The pool and Jacuzzi were fabulous. The atmosphere was so pristine. The rooms were magnificent.

Checked in and had the pleasure of Bobbi taking care of us. She was super awesome and made sure we were checked in fast and got to where we needed to go. Only thing I would say is that the room could have been a little cleaner. Mostly just the bathroom. Even with a little dust here and there we would stay again for sure.

Quiet location, AWESOME staff, 5 star amenities. Definitely one of my top 5 in Utah. Makes the West Valley Embassy look like a dump! I was on my way out of town and I thought it would be easier to leave from a hotel, plus I really wanted to check out their pool with the nice weather this weekend ? Honestly just everything here was just about perfect. Quick check in, staff that actually seems to WANT to be there and just an overall good vibe. The little gift shop has all kinds of goodies for late night snacks plus tide pods so you can do a quick load of laundry. So smart! Every single employee I dealt with was kind and helpful, which is the complete opposite of the West Valley location. The price wasn't bad either! HIGHLY recommend if you're sick of the typical hotel feel. I've stayed in a ton of hotels and this one really is a huge step above any of the others I've tried. I was beginning to lose faith in the Hilton brand, but these guys definitely kept me wanting to remain a customer. I will absolutely be back.

This hotel is gorgeous. The lobby is so beautiful with an incredible restaurant inside. We were so surprised how wide and spacious the hallways were, as well as inside the room as well. We commented to each other how quiet the hotel was, compared to other hotels we've stayed at in the past. We didn't hear anyone else. We were able to sleep in for the first time in a long time. Thanks for the amazing stay.

Musty room with zero airflow. The sink leaked and the shower was clogged. When asking customer service for help, she blamed me and said I would be charged. Needless to say I will never stay with Embassy Suites again.

Would give a 0 star if I could. Bobbi, the front desk receptionist, was very unpleasant and made our Salt Lake City experience terrible. On the first night, she barged into the restaurant area that we were watching a hockey game in and started yelling for absolutely no reason. Apparently she assumed we were drinking alcohol past 10pm, which we weren't. She kept obsessively asking if we were a part of the NASP (Archery group) that was staying at the hotel and forced us to leave the restaurant, despite the fact that the restaurant manager told us we weren't a bother and could stay. I even heard her asking other guests if they were a part of the group, as if it mattered. On night 3 we sent a friend to the front desk to ask her to turn on the fire pit outside. The first thing Bobbi asked was if she was a part of the group. When she denied, Bobbi proceeded to talk negatively about our group and indicated she wouldn't turn on the pit if she was. This woman should not be employed at the hotel due to her extreme unprofessionalism and bitterness. If she is this way with every customer, she is definitely costing their business future Revenue. I am guesstimating that our "NASP" group alone provided about $30,000 this weekend with the number of guests that we had (over 50 families with 3 nights stay at $200/night). Word will get spread to not stay at this hotel for future events. We will definitely not be returning.

Great location with easy access to the freeway, restaurants, shopping mall, and the expo center. Rooms are spacious and have a mini fridge, a safe, wet bar, and small table. We also picked the 2 room 2 queen and have stayed here 3 different times.Covered parking is a bonus with those snowy days.Breakfast is one of the many reasons we keep coming back. Made to order omelets, fresh fruit, waffles, and so much more.

Great place to stay. Hotel room was spacious and clean when we arrived. Staff have been very courteous and helpful. At breakfast Tulia, one of the breakfast staff, was especially helpful and went out of her way to help us! Very pleased overall.
