Responsive professional staff and great service. The rental car businesses have been a bit rough with inventories - especially not by the airport. But they strived to provide the best experiences every time. During my most recent rental for auto repair purposes, Brittany showed exceptional helpfulness and care. I am grateful for the assistance provided by every staff member I encountered.

We had a long-term rental after an accident. Enterprise had exceptionally good equipment, were exceptionally good to work with, and made the experience seamless.

Just like other reviews below we were first offered a Nissan rogue sport and we were standing by the car when someone came out and said the branch manager was putting us in a different car. The car we ended up in was a Mitsubishi mirage which is a lot smaller than any other cars on the lot. The lady we were working with was very friendly. We are displeased because they got our hopes up and then put us in the worst car on the lot.

Very responsive personnel. We forgot some stuff of ours in the car as we dropped off and informed this location. They tracked it down even when the car left to a different location. Thank you

I was provided a rental by my insurance company while my car was in the shop. Enterprise dropped the car off and checked me in with virtually no waiting and I was on my way in minutes. At the end I just left the car at the shop and drove away in my newly repaired car.. smooth and easy. The car was a practicality new Kona with all the safety features and it was clean and drove fantastic. I highly recommend Enterprise!

Enterprise provided car while mine was in for repair. They picked me up from repair shop, friendly, courteous driver. The rental car was clean, and the checkout process was quick and easy.

Zac at the South Jordan store told me he would call my wife to arrange a time for us to be picked up the following day. Zac never called my wife that day or the following day at all. We called Enterprise many times the following day to arrange to get a car and get picked up. They NEVER answered their phones or returned a phone call. We NEVER got a car the first day that we needed it.This morning I spoke with Riley, the manager, at the South Jordan to see what they could do to compensate me for not providing a rental vehicle on the day we needed it. The only thing he could do was to give me 10% off on the next rental, but I had to come to his store to pick up the discount pass, he COULDN'T mail it to me or send it through email. So I would have to go out of my way AGAIN for their incompetence. What a joke!!!DON'T USE ENTERPRISE!!!! THEY LEAVE YOU HANGING WITHOUT A RENTAL!!!

It took us 40 minutes to get the car and manage to leave. We were supposed to get a Toyota Camry but they ended up giving us a tin can of a Ford eco. There is no power to it and I would argue that the size is virtually smaller than a Camry. We could barely fit a few back packs, small travel stroller, and some hand bags into it. Staff was friendly but we were for sure downgraded in vehicles. Also the eco sport had not been washed and the passenger grab handle on the ceiling is missing. I recommend turo since you get exactly what you’re paying for. No surprises with turo.

The first car they rented to me was pretty dirty and smelled like someone just hotboxed it. My mistake for only inspecting the outside. Luckily we had not left the lot and they gave me another car without issue. Before returning the car, I read my contract, which stated my gas was at 7/16 full. When I returned the vehicle, they said the vehicle was supposed to come back full and that the 7/16 was actually for the first vehicle. I had not received an updated contract for the new car, and after 2 weeks, I didn't remember what the gas tank was originally at. They acknowledged they didn't send me an updated contract, but made me pay the difference for the gas ($45). I told them they were wrong for doing so, but they disregarded their mistake and did nothing for it. Issuing a filthy car means the employees are not doing their job, and charging me for gas based on their mistake is bad service. If they don't make this right, I will not rent from them again.

I really like my rental, it was well clean, a newer model, everything I was hoping for in embarking on a 700 mi trip. The only issue I had was getting the car at 3/4 full tank, and the worker marked it as full. I filled it up to full, and then mentioned this when I dropped it off they took care of making sure I was compensated for returning a full tank of gas. No complaints here.

I had a great experience with Yazzie I had the best customer service experience from her at Enterprise. She went out of her way to help me and my little family find the right rental for the best rate. I recommend renting from this enterprise! Great all around place and experience for me and my family. :)
