BUYER/RENTER BEWARE!! After only 4 months into my rental agreement my unit rent DOUBLED without any advance communication from ESS, despite the fact that the agreement states they are required to give 30 days notice of change in rental agreement.

The facility is very clean and well-lit with cameras everywhere. All for an affordable price. Austin and Andrew are great! Professional and approachable. Austin especially was a huge help when I was trying to determine how big a space I needed and also how big a truck I will need when I move out. Highly recommend.

Why are the main garage doors on both sides of the building being left wide open every Sunday? For almost the past month if I’ve been to my storage unit on Sunday they have been left open. Keep in mind the office is closed on Sunday. Anyone can enter the building if the doors are open. Seems pointless to have a code system if the doors are constantly being left open. Not to mention the safety and security aspect.
If I had only noticed this one time, I wouldn’t have thought much about. It has been a constant for over a month now.
It was warmer inside the building than the outside the last time this happened. I am assuming due to the A/C going out the door- literally..
