I've been coming to this location for years they always seem to do a great job. Today I had a complicated situation that needed handling. Brenen went out of his way to help me out today when he didn't have to and made several phone calls on my behalf. I was really impressed with the level of customer service I received.

The female who I spoke to at 6:40 on 11/24 made fun of me when she hung up the phone. I ended the call with thank you bye bye and I heard as she was putting the phone down, imitate me in a rude tone saying “bye bye”. From now on I’ll be buying my games at target next door

I really hate this gamestop. Everythime I pre order there, I go to pick up my pre order and they have sold it every time!!!!! I will not be pre ordering anything from this game stop.

Really good overall. They can be a good place to get games cheaper than online at times. Usually new games online are cheaper than their used but it's nice to browse still. Side note, I have never been to a GameStop where I don't get a whiff of BO.

Mark is a terrible manager! Not sure how he landed that position with how horrible his customer service is. Tried to return a game and he said it was against protocol what we were trying to do and that it was suspicious. I bought the games 2 hours before in SLC for the wrong console. 2 other Game Stops and the district manager all were willing to take the game back. Mark has no idea what he is doing. He said it would mess up his inventory which makes no sense when everyone else was willing to work with us.

This is a gamestop, and thats what you get. The selection isn't bad and pre order and all that is made easy. The staff don't push things on you and they are pretty informed about the games they have. The only thing ice noticed consistently as a downside is I've seen the staff bickering with one another every time I've been in.

I would just like to say M was amazing! Helped me with everything I needed. Answered all my questions and just talked to me and made my experience extremely pleasant and enjoyable! They helped me find two perfect gifts! M 100% deserves a raise! If you need anything gaming related or have any questions I would ask M.

GameStop gets a lot of heat but honestly, they're the best option for anything games. The district location specifically has amazing staff. I went in once to get an idea for a new console I wanted and months later when I came back, everybody remembered who I was and what I was wanting. Honorable mention to M, who answered all of my questions knowledgeably and politely and made my experience totally stress free.

I bought a used game Far Cry 6 with several others with my kids. I wasn’t able to play the mature title until I didn’t have them with work etc. I tried to exchange it on the 8th day for a new game COD and was told no policy is 7 days. I have bought their scam of a discount and never used it and asked to apply it to spend more money. Will not buy from Fane Stop again

Bought a ps5 brand new from them went home started it up and 4 minutes later started overheating. When I contacted them they just said take it up with Sony. I have been going to game stop ever since I was a kid and they just lost a loyal customer. Love being screwed out of $600

They never pick up when you call to get info. I've called multiple times on different days at different times in the afternoon / evening and they never pick up. May as well not have a phone if you never answer. Very frustrating.

Ive never had issues with this location before and purchased my fair share of pre orders and games, but Mark is by far the most rude associate I have ever worked with and will never go back if he is working there.I needed to exchange a Funko from an online order and unfortunately only had the order receipt with the Reference ID and order number. He refused to look it up. I called two other gamestops and both verified they could see the purchase and what the product was, one even offered to talk to Mark but Mark got super irritated, rude, and refused to help us. Even on the receipt it states to bring in that one.He had a power trip today and refused to help. He needs to get corrective training on how to do his job

Great location. Staff is super helpful
