These guys could seriously have not done a better job.
Terrence and Bella were the NICEST mechanics and crew I have ever worked with. From the get go they were the most honest and transparent crew. Kept telling me the price difference in different options and what it would mean for my car. I feel very informed and was able to make all decisions without any pressure.
I felt taken care of just like family.

I am a solo female traveler with a 11' motorhome and this morning I had gone to a jiffy lube location I had called prior to that end up turning me away, started my day off horribly and without calling I decided to go to Grease Monkey down the road, Terrence and Bella where sooo nice! They had got me in right away and made it work, without any issues! They do have a bay tall enough but the went the extra mile by just changing my oil right in front and crawled underneath. They where very accommodating and greeted me with a smile, thanks for being awesome and turning my morning around.

I got my oil changed. They showed me two filters to try to get me to buy new filters. Later I checked and saw that they had not taken out my filters but just showed me some dirty filters. Too much trying to upsell.

I have been going here for a couple years and appreciate the honesty I get. The last time my car alerted me I needed oil, I took it to their South Jordan location to get it done. The gentleman in charge told me not to waste my money, it could still go another 2,000 miles. They are all always friendly and helping me with coupons so it’s more affordable as well. I will continue to go to Grease Monkey for my car needs.
