Told me it would take 20 to 30 minutes, I was there for 2 hours. The last couple years the service at this location has not been as nice as in the past.

I went to Grease Monkey today for license tabs, emissions and oil change. I am in a wheelchair, Bella and Hayden were very helpful getting me out of my vehicle and into my wheelchair. Bella helped me inside and back to my car when the service was completed. Very quick and efficient. Great employees and service.

Was told our oil change would be done in at most 45 minutes. An hour and a half later our car wasn’t even in the bay yet. No communication as to why so we went elsewhere.

Update: The manager called me, and explained why the delay happened. He was super kind and helpful. I appreciate them reaching out!
They told me my car would be done in 15 minutes max. Sat in the lobby for 40+ minutes. With no cars ahead of me in line.

Love this place. I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve had several experiences where they’ve really impressed me. Today they figured out a grinding noise that Les Schwab couldn’t figure out, fixed it, and sent me on my way FOR FREE. They are always honest and helpful.

Great experience today at this location. Management has hired and retained a solid crew. Estimate was an accurate predictor of final expense. We were warmly greeted and kept uodated throughout the visit.
Of note, this experience is a stark contrast to my several visits to the other South Jordan location of Grease Monkey. Skip that painful stop, drive right past Jiffy Lube (two recent awful experiences) and make your way to this location on 11400 S., South Jordan, UT.
