Never have I ever encountered such a rude manager. She was cutting my hair like it was a punishment for her. I simply asked if she could do my hairline, and instead of politely declining, she responded in a very dismissive way, saying, ‘When someone asks me that, I just tell them to go to a barber shop. I’ve gotten a hairline done at 4 or 5 other Great Clips locations without any issue, but this was my first time at this one and definitely my last. I won’t be visiting again.

Manager cut my hair, was singing to music in her AirPods and talking to the other workers the whole time. When I asked for a specific way she told me she had 46 years experience and proceeded to not cut it how I asked. Missed a ton of hairs and one side was cut up higher than another.

I've been to a lot of Great Clips locations and get a pretty basic men's cut. Some are good and some are bad but yesterday Molly gave me the best one yet. She really took her time and gave me a great cut. I will come back to this location in the future

It took at least 45 just for the staff to do one haircut with one attachment so we had a chill 2 hour wait time👍👍👍👍👍

This place has changed, and not for the better. Took my son for a haircut and simply asked if she could blend it. Instead of answering, she rudely told me to just sit and wait until she was done. Then she said my kid had to ask for what he wants how does that make any sense? By the time she finished, it was too late to fix anything. We’ve been coming here for years, and the previous staff was great, but the people here now are just rude. Never coming back. If you want a bad haircut and terrible service, this is the place for you!

Customer service over phone not great at all. Very terse and rude and not courteous at all. Will not give business to anyone who treats customers like this.

Joel is the best! I have been to a lot of barbers. He does the best fade ever!! He does more than just men’s haircut but by far is the best at that!
