Second visit at this location and both times, the two women has major attitudes. Poor customer service. They act like we’re inconveniencing them, especially when asking for suggestions or asking for a specific cut. Reading past reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one experiencing this here. Definitely will not be back.

Terrible customer service. A petite girl with a passive-aggressive attitude rushed through the haircut, clearly showing how unhappy she was. The tension in the room was noticeable — I suspect she’s also contributing to a toxic work environment. The haircut itself was good, I can’t complain about that, but was it really worth it?

I want to correct an earlier remark about the haircut seeming mediocre. While I may not be pleased with the result, I shouldn't say it was done mediocrely. Considering the price and the quality you would expect, it was well done. However, I do still think that more attention can be given to the customer and their request. I did feel rushed when I explained what I wanted. And it was a very awkward haircut. I was ignored multiple times when I asked questions. And I cannot escape that sense of the haircut seeming a bit rushed.

I walked in but didn't get "checked in". I had used the app. They had let someone else ahead of me which really sucked cause I was in a hurry.
The lady who did my hair was kind and hair looks nice.
