The person who cut my hair seemed to be a trainee. I asked to blend the tapers and she left visible and uneven layers in both sides. There are areas with uneven cuts, even though it was done with clippers. She left the neckline cut very high with a crooked hairline She looked nervous and inexperienced. This job seems to be done by a kid. I had to go to my job with a cap I payed in full, I would like my money back.

Im very disappointed. If I could do a negative star I would. The girl who cut my husband's hair cut the crap out of his neck. And the other hairdresser came over. Did tell her to get new clippers but then turned to my husband and haha at least you can say you got battle wounds from the cuts. He paid full price. When he clearly shouldn't have.

I got a haircut with Gabriella and she was so so sweet and did a wonderful job! I feel fresh and look amazing now. She’s so friendly and easy to talk to. I will be coming back for future haircuts!

The worst customer service. Just checked in, and the big lady was rude and shouting at us. Did you check in? This lady should be fired from her job. Guys, be wary of this racist lady. Everyone has value and is equal.

It was a horrible experience. First I asked for the haircut and they didn’t even know what it was. I showed them a picture and they completely did something different I swear. Didn’t care about anything including my face shape, how I wanted it styled, and even how to cut it. I repeatedly told them to point cut, layer, and slide cut my hair but they just didn’t listen. If you are planning to go here, rethink your choices unless you want to trim your buzz because that’s all they can do.

I had a great visit! I had Mercedes for my hair dresser. She was very easy to work with. Mercedes took the time to talk to me to find out what I wanted. She did a great job!

I took my son for a haircut to this store today and was attended by Patricia. She was very rude to begin with and asked me to go stay away while she was cutting the hair for my son. When she was completed and still lot of hair was poking out, I asked her suggestion to bring it down. She yelled at my face saying that my son's hair is like that and she can't do much about it. Very bad experience! I have been going to this place for haircut for my son for many years now and this is the first time I have had this type of experience.

I was here earlier today and I just wanted to get a haircut I showed the lady cutting my hair an image of what I wanted and she told me she could do it so I trusted her and I haven’t gotten a haircut outside in 3 years but I finally gained the courage to do so and I genuinely trusted her with my hair after so long but then she just quickly chopped more than half of my hair off and I didn’t wanna get rid of any length to begin with. I even asked her multiple questions to make sure we were on the same page but she cut my hair way too short and I’m very upset about it because I have been growing it out for years and I feel like I just lost a part of me. She told me she has a lot of experience and stuff as well but my hair was cut too much and it was very uneven and I feel like if she didn’t know what she was doing she could’ve told me to go somewhere else or I could’ve cut my hair on my own but I’m really upset and I don’t really know what to do at this point because I was really attached to my hair

New owner has taken away veterans discounts on hair cuts. Been going to the store for many years and new owners did away with discounts and cut the staff benefits. So sad you lost me and every veterans I know will go somewhere else

My sister and I went in for a “trim”, my hair was just past shoulder length, asked for 1 inch off the length, she took off 2 1/2. We stated clearly we’d had bad hair cut experiences in the past (little clue to stylists to be conservatives on the cuts ehh?) My sister (hair length was at her low back) said she wanted an inch off the length, stylist convinced us to do 3-4ish inches, after emphasizing we wanted to keep her length, we then agreed, then the stylist goes up 3 more inches from that and makes the chop. My sister left with hair shorter than my own (almost a bob) and it was a bad cut on both of us with the back being shorter than the front, giving us an unintended and choppy A line cut. We were in absolute shock but left with good manners. I went back the next day after we processed how awful and shocking the experience was to get our money back and the offending stylist was there, along with the manager and they fought me on the refund (even though their refund policy says they guarantee 100% satisfaction or your money back) and fought me on both what had happened (I happily invited them to pull up camera footage as well as call up the other stylist who was a witness, and showed before and after photos) and was unapologetic and rude. I know it’s just great clips and a choppy trim is always part of the risk but to go in expecting an inch off, agreeing (and FULLY communicating where that cut line was, several times) on 3ish inches, only to have 7+ whacked off is I N S A N E. Oh and I almost forgot, when the stylist was arguing with me the next day she accused us saying “you girls were way too picky”. If picky is wanting a trim that’s 1-3 inches instead of 7 then yes, absofrikinlutely.
Stylist: Didn't catch her name and don’t want to. She had short dark hair, red dress, tons of confidence, you’ll think you’re communicating well with her but she’ll tell you one thing and then do what she wants and expect you to be grateful when it’s too late to change anything.
