Decent rooms and everything is Holiday Inn standard but I didn't like that it was so close to the freeway (many people like that but I just don't prefer it).

Stayed here during my cross country trip. Booked through there official website. On arrival front lady tried to charge me 167$ instead of $50 deposit. There were cockroaches in the room. I stored all my juice, cut fruit, and breakfast items in refrigerator for breakfast and when I woke up for my own breakfast (no free breakfast available) in the morning everything was spoiled because refrigerator was iced over and no longer cooling. I talked to the front desk lady she told me the manager will give me a call. I called again after two days again she said manager will give you a call. It’s been a week no call or message. Avoid

Chose to stay here for anniversary, looked like a good location. Checked in, no where on the website does it clearly state you have to pay for breakfast. We were excited for that, nope it’s $9 per person every morning for breakfast. Did No eat here once. We thought at least we will be able to hot tub and swim to relax the thing we were looking forward to the most . Nope, of course the pool and hot tub were closed from the night we got here until the day we left. Their vending machine was sold out and the lobby store was out of any kind of water. Had to go to the store to get water. Staff was super nice, but didn’t any info for us.

My disabled brother was kicked out of this place because I came and visited with my registered service animals and was letting the lady working the night shift marcy, who was extremely rude because i had animals, know that they can't discriminate against me because of my service animals. I left my number so they could contact me if needed. I never heard from anyone regarding the interaction the night before. No one called to hear from me what had happened. The next morning they kicked my brother who is in a wheelchair out because i had came with service animals. They will discriminate against you or your family members if you or they have service animals. Terrible customer service. Dissapointed that they don't know the ADA laws about service animals. This is the only holiday inn that I've ever had this experience in.

The hotel has decent service and is clean. Disappointed that breakfast isn't included in the cost of your stay.

This location charged us $9. For the breakfast buffet. They had more people than bacon, sausage, and waffles. The 1 hard-working young man couldn't keep up with keeping food stocked, getting drinks, taking money, and keeping things clean. There were no forks at first, and I felt bothersome having to ask the 1 employee for items. The bathroom fan was dripping yellow water. Staff all seemed very nice and refunded breakfast since the items were missing. The beds were comfortable. 3 weeks later and have never seen any refund after the Manager Miguel said he would refund it. I've even called 3 times with no call back.

Pretty bad when you spend so much for a hotel room and the seat on the toilet won't even stay up. Restaurant was a little bit disappointing. Selection of food really stinks.

STACIE FROM THE BAR! She is absolutely amazing. She needs a raise! Good employees like that don't come around that often. She was so good. The only reason I am leaving this reviews was because of Stacie from the restaurant.

The “complimentary” breakfast was charged to our room, lots of hidden fees. The front desk staff was SO rude. For the price you could stay at a MUCH nicer hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but, definitely not for the price. I’d never stay here again.

I am currently here on a business trip and my company booked this hotel for me because it's 3 min away from our newest branch. I am not sore why this establishment has less than a 4 star rating as everyone I have come across during my stay here has been super pleasant. Melissa at the Jordan Gateway Grill was very nice when serving me and gave me suggestions of where to go. Even the front desk girls have been super sweet and everyday thus far they have tidyed up my room. My stay isn't over yet and I've enjoyed it very much so I'm going to go ahead and give them a 5 star in hopes it increases their star rating! Very clean and I've stayed at plenty of hotels and have been disappointed and haven't had a complaint here since!

It is very clean that's the only complement I have for them. I booked over Priceline and paid when I got here she charged me the full price plus the $50 for security due to damages. Also, on the website it said king bed and all they had was two queens. It was only me and my 15 month old. I took it because he was fussy and need to sleep. Well, we checked in at around 8:15pm on Tuesday. I am claustrophobic so I can't do elevators so I asked for the 2nd floor and we didn't get; she gave us the keys and said doors are locked now so you'll have to use the key. I said ok, where are the stairs and she pointed. I said are those the ones closer to our room and she said yes. So I pulled my car to that door took my heavy stuff out, holding my son and carrying out to the door and my key wouldn't work, so I care so it all the front entrance and up the Stairs. Heavy! She was at my door with the crib that was mealy and fro that 60s, yeah not using. I told her the stairs were locked and she said yeah they are. I said you said to use the key and she said well not tonight they are locked yeah, I had to make three trips carry heavy stuff with holding my baby. I was so annoyed I had to go all the way around, up and back down try other way. No free breakfast when they charge This much it should be free. She did give us a menu and said hav it here by midnight and you can pick up your food here at the front desk. It was between $9-10, but I'd rather go out to a diner for that price.

We stayed here two nights while our house was having some renovations. I was nervous since this was really the first time with our toddler, but it was very nice. While they have the train tracks on the east end of the building, we were on the west end and never heard anything. The grab and go breakfast bags were great. Granted we are local so we just needed a place to sleep, shower and go to work/school. Extremely clean and the most efficient front desk staff. The bed was a bit hard for me, but I am also very pregnant and nothing is comfortable to sleep in. The hot shower with good water pressure made up for it in the morning. I would totally recommend, and we booked through Priceline and got a even more killer of a deal. If we ever need to stay localAgain, totally would go here again.
