Room was great, breakfast was alright, housekeeping and staff- be warned- keep your valuables in a safe- I left a simple gold necklace here and their staff stole it. Called as soon as I realized we left it and was told housekeeping never reported it back. I told them I knew where it was in the room because I kept in the same spot during our stay and forgot to pack it when we were heading out. but they kept telling me sorry nothing has been found. Well - then that just tells me housekeeping or a member of their staff who has access to the rooms more than likely took it.

Worst Hilton I have stayed at in years. Customer service is a joke(manager) Kayla responded and didn’t even know what the complaint is about. I have all text and recorded call with them.
Place is a joke. Loudest hotel I have stayed at.

We have had enough of the disgusting Home2 Suites and other Hilton brands. You check in and the rooms are not properly cleaned. This time at this location, which we frequent very often, we spent the first 30 minutes just trying to get in our room because the keys worked everywhere but for our room door. We selected an ADA hearing room, and once we did get in the room we realized it was marked that but it was not in person a hearing room. When I went to put items in the fridge the Shelf on the door was broken in half and fell on my foot. The lamp next to the bed flickered the entire time and as always the lamp shades are torn up. They've done something to the volume and once you hit a certain level it won't even go up anymore which is really great when you need hearing accessibility. The carpets are covered in dark stains and appear to never be washed and all the years we've stayed here. Now recently, they have apparently started doing room surface again. The time before this they were in our room 4 hours after check-in while we had everything set up for working in our room and came back to find things moved around. This time I made sure to tell them we want no service the whole time we're there, I'm in the shower and someone's tapping on the door, oh yeah room service apparently no one ever told her. Then, today I find a $75 charge on my American Express because they've suddenly decided to charge for my service dog. When I check into these rooms I have to clean the entire thing we bring our own sheets and blankets and everything because it's never cleaned, we even vacuum on checkout day and the whole room is cleaned and stripped you should be paying me $75. I'll be disputing this. And no, I don't care about the fake rebuttal the hotel manager or Hilton is going to leave on this. Clearly they don't care because this is a systemic issue I travel east coast to West Coast and down south and this is systemic.

STRONGLY suggest anyone considering booking this hotel to avoid at all costs. Front desk attendant was extremely short with us at check-in. We asked for a second room key since there was two of us and he refused. Not off to a good start. Got up to the room and it seemed ok for all of a couple minutes until we started unloading our items off the cart and noticed everything. Numerous stains on the carpet, stains on the couch, an old switch that's not even wired up and fell out of the wall, and the bathroom was disgusting and falling apart. Definitely overpriced. Will not be returning here for any future visits.

10 Stars for service!! The Manager Kayla was fantastic 🎉
We use this hotel for corporate travel and an error had been made. Kayla helped me fix the error and fast. 1,000 thanks Kayla! I know why my team loves it here.

I have stayed here many nights for work travel. My new favorite in the Salt Lake area. Great room for the price. Rooms are modern and clean. Front desk staff is professional and friendly. Housekeeping did a great job for me and my dog (thanks Oswaldo!) Quiet room, no traffic noise.

The beds aren't terrible, although they have those hyper squishy pillows that I'm convinced no one enjoys. Room was ok, cleaning service was also okay, sometimes missing things. Overall not a bad experience, especially if you're staying here to be close to the offices around.

Overall a good experience, yet the rooms are showing their age.
Rooms: Worn well and in need of a light refurbishment.
Safety: Felt plenty safe
Walkability: Not walkable at all.
Food and drinks: Lots of food establishments surround the hotel.

Continental breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had. Good location, rooms were large and roomy.

My least favorite Home2 I've stayed at so far, I will not be returning to this location. I wish I would have chosen another hotel nearby. I travel a lot across the country, and typically only stay at Home2 because of how nice they are, but this location had me reconsidering.
We checked in and our hotel room was dirty. There was food crumbs on the couch and the counter tops. I went to the front desk, asked for another room and the second room was slightly better. The silverware was dirty and had food on them, the plates didn't appear to be clean. There was also hair in the shower. The remote for the TV doesn't work and the TV only has limited cable. I should have just gone to the front desk, asked for my $400 back and found another hotel.
We laid down to rest because we just got done driving 2300 miles, and heard a bunch of people shouting in the hallway over very loud music blaring on someone's phone. It went on for a couple of minutes, until finally I stood up and walked out of my room to ask them to turn it down. To my surprise, all of this noise was coming from the cleaning staff. They all piled into the elevator and were gone in that moment.
Then on the day of checkout, I was woken up before regular checkout time by housekeeping to clear my room. I shot out of bed and answered the door. The housekeeper said hello and I greeted them. They quickly walked away speaking Spanish to each other and laughing without saying another word to me. A couple of minutes later, they started vacuuming outside my door and hitting the door with the vacuum.
What is going on here with the staff??? Completely unprofessional.

The absolute worst customer service. Money hungry. Do not waste your money at this hotel, there are plenty of options available in the area. Do your research and save yourself a headache.

Nice location and clean room. No "diamond member" benefits.
Noteworthy details: Usually, the Hilton and Hampton hotels recognize their diamond members. The front desk staff provides benefits upon checking in.

This is probably the worst Hilton I have stayed at. Been here two days already and their system is down and I have no room key. There are stains on the floor which is super gross. The blackout curtain is coming out of the rails and is hard to use. And the internet is spotty.
