$260.00 is NOT what I should have been charged for two W2's, one stock and one 401k Roth withdrawal. $260.000 blind sided me. Why doesn't H & R block give a price range of how much it may be to file taxes is in store or online? It's because your at their mercy for whatever price they choose. I tried to ask how much it will be and I was told "it depends." No. Your customers should be given a number on how much they are about to spend.This location has ripped me off twice. Will not be filing here again.

Great experience. Annie helped us do our taxes. It was our first time in a long time filing as a W2 employee and we can't say enough good things. Uploading documents was easy, communication was quick. Annie was very knowledgeable.
