This locations workers are horrible. My friends and I went here because we were bored, we were looking at the makeup and got targeted by the workers from the beginning. We were looking and trying on the tester products, being very respectful and nice. Multiple workers kept asking if we needed help and made snarky comments the entire time we were in there. We were being watched by more than like 7 workers. It was genuinely scary and I will never go back there again. This is disgusting.

My 15-year-old daughter tried to make a purchase with an AMEX gift card, the charge went through twice, but the cashier did not think it went through so my daughter left empty-handed. Her card was charged a little over $80. We came in and called several times and kept on getting past up the chain, but nobody would help us, even though they were at least three employees that were there and witnessed it happen. So basically they stole $80 from a 15-year-old. This was hugely disappointing.
Update, I called the number you provided and did not get anywhere. Same old crap

We purchased earrings from Lily in the jewelry section. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a bad experience at a different location and she resolved all of our issues by going above and beyond. Thank you Lily!

Kaori was an absolute gem for our photo shoot. So kind and patient with me and my 6 year old. I was touched with how amazing the photos turned out. Highly recommend for the price (I got a Groupon and upgraded to get all the digital prints)

If I could do zero stars I would. This Jc penny is absolutely awful. All the cashier girls are rude and don’t have proper training. The customer service was so unprofessional and unpleasant
