I come to South Jordan from Utah County and I pass two other GM service departments at other dealerships. I make the drive because in my entire life of owning a vehicle I’ve never experienced better service, PERIOD!Each time I come in with my 2020 GMC HD 3500 for either an oil change or warranty work, I’ve always worked with Shane. He is knowledgeable, kind, friendly and very acccomadidating. I love these guys! Thank you!

My experience at Jerry Seiner Services was the best vehicle service i have experienced in a long time. My vehicle threw a bunch of error alerts and I happen to be just around the corner from Jerry Seiner, so I limped my way over, without an appointment and JD and the other staff were very helpful! He was able to get my vehicle in, a part order and a loaner vehicle all in the same day. JD kept me informed via text and phone calls. I felt taken care of. You just don't see services like this all that often, especially during a manufacture strike! Thank you JD and the service staff.

The service I receive at this Dealership is awesome. The mechanics have been able to resolve all my vehicles issues in a timely manner and they speak to me personally about my vehicle when I arrive. This is reassuring because you know that they took the time to hear your concerns about your vehicle.The service department, the mechanics and the individuals that take care of the billing always go above and beyond! Its a pleasure doing business with this amazing staff. Thank you all for the awesome customer service that has been provided.

I bring my truck in to Jerry Seiner South Jordan Buick/GMC and Shane is always excellent to work with. He really tries to resolve any and all issues at the most reasonable price. The other service writers are excellent as well, quickly stepping in when other service writers are busy or away. The technicians also provide excellent service and quality in their work.

Made us wait almost two hours to get my oil changed, with my elderly parents, even when we had an appointment. Couldn't be bothered to even offer an apology or explanation. Didn't even wash my car. Will recommend to anyone to take your car to any other Buick GMC dealer, no matter how far the drive, you'll save time over these guys. Super low class Jerry Seiner.

Couldn't have been happier with the experience from beginning to end. We live in Provo and just the superior experience was worth the detour. We had gone to other GMC dealerships and just didn't like the customer service.We ran into Oscar (it helps that he also speaks Spanish!), and it was a home run for us. We right away started working on our card order with him.What's more, the excellent customer service also carried into the after sale experience. He's very attentive and great at keeping you updated at every step of the process.Couldn't be happier!

I had a really great experience with this dealership. I did not feel pressured, and I felt very supported by the salesman Adrian. He was super nice, and he talk to me through every step and was very open about the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership and if you have a choice, I would recommend seeing Adrian for any of your car buying needs.

Frank Pereira was AMAZING! He went on and beyond to give me the best vehicle options. He was very kind and patient while I looked at all the vehicles I liked. We found THE PERFECT vehicle for my family and are very very happy with our purchase. He did everything, including our financing paperwork. We will definitely be back to purchase our future vehicles especially from Frank.

My experience with this place was frustrating. I saw a car online, reached out to them, made am appointment. So, on the appointment day, I got a text from Frank P with confirmation. I was so excited to see that car, so I cancelled some of my plans to go there. Finally, got there to look at the car and Frank P told me that car has been sold that morning... Why did he confirm the appointment then? There was no "sorry", nothing. I spent 50 min to get there and all frustrated had to go back another 50 min.Frank never even apologized... When I asked to call his manager, another man showed up and apologized at first, offered drinks, and to smooth out the situation he offered 2 free oil change or $50 check as a gas reimbursement. We agreed on oil change, and he said that Frank will contact me for details. Guess what? Frank never did. No one ever did. When I reached out to them again Frank only said he did not promise anything and never replied to my following text.This place is just waste of time and empty promises...I ended up buying a car from another dealership, which cares about their customers.

Usually I've had great experiences here but... My last visit, I went to find out why the spare on my new truck was a different size and brand than the rest of my tires. After getting a flat. The service employees responses where, I didn't do it. Really ? I know you personally didn't, but the company you represent (GM) might be responsible. I asked for and received a call back from the general manager... I think ? His response was "The spares are only donuts and for emergency use only". I've never seen a emergency donut tire on a truck. Especially not a 1 ton GMC Denali. I'm left questioning their product understanding and knowledge? AND I still waiting for the missing chips on some of my truck features. 10 months so far ?
