This company has terrible customer service. I was with them for years and then ran into issues where every month i had to reset my password. They took forever to get back to me. Then when I canceled they charged a $75 fee even though I was canceling for poor service on their part.

Horrible service! My pool pump and washing machine have been broken for over 6 weeks and every time I call I keep getting the run around and am told I will receive a call back from a manager in 24-48 hours...but I never get a call back!
