I am a single mom working full time and these women have been nothing short of AMAZING with my son. He loves daycare and gets excited to get in the car every morning because of how special they make him feel. They communicate well, they make pick ups and drop offs quick and easy, and they always have some fun craft my kiddo comes home with that I greatly cherish.
I grew up experiencing abusive babysitters and neglectful daycares, so I was skeptical of putting my son in daycare but these women have completely changed my perspective and I can see the things my son learns and how truly loved he is there. The staff have lots of experience and most have been there for several years, which shows the integrity and stability of the daycare and it gives me comfort knowing my son won’t get attached to a teacher that will leave.
These women are superhero’s in my book and I couldn’t be more grateful for them and how they treat my kiddo as their own. I love this facility and their staff!

I would absolutely not recommend this daycare. They allow children who are sick to stay and expose the other children to them. One time a child who was having symptoms of RSV was allowed to return the following day after being sent home. This led to my child getting the virus and being hospitalized for nearly two weeks. The owners do not have the children’s best interests in mind.

Very unprofessional facility. When originally inquired, we were put on a waiting list and were never contacted about open dates. When I called in for an update, they said they didn’t have a timeframe for an opening. I asked if there were any days available at all, which they said, Yes, we have two days open… Why they didn’t call me to tell me, I don’t know. I took the two days available. I was a nursing mom and was told on the contract that they had a private nursing room allowed to use when stopping in. I stopped in and was told I could sit at the front desk where parents and guardians walk in to pickup their child. As I’m nursing, I have many parents and guardians and children seeing me nurse my infant.The payments were all done on Venmo, the facility didn’t allow me to push the payments through as to a business payment, they made it sent through as a personal payment. I couldn’t figure out why we always seemed to be getting late charges, and once I left the facility and told the Daycare President, Becky, that I had over paid for our services. And wouldn’t be paying anything more from the day she left. She sent a bill to collections without notifying us of any additional amount due. Found out once I started digging into it, she stated charging our account from the day we signed all the disclosures rather than the first day we were allowed to bring in our child.I would never recommend this facility. A huge mess, dirty and unprofessional.

After my 1 yr old daughter was bitten for the 3rd time, the lady in the afternoon had no idea, if it was the same kid, who the teacher was and what happened, I asked to talk to Sheena the Co Director. In the morning I was confronted by Sheena and Nicole who were rude and argumentative, were disrespectful, telling me to call the state and I should get a nanny. They were disrespectful and complained about my wife texting too much and worrying too much about her kids. So we got a nanny and they are sending us to collections for $1500 because we didn't give a 30 day notice. I will be taking them to court.

BEST Daycare I have ever had! The staff is so friendly and my daughter actually misses going there and seeing friends. She adores Mrs. Sheena and still asking to go back to see her daily!!HIGHLY recommend this daycare!

I absolutely love and highly recommend this place. My son has been going here for almost four years and they have been phenomenal! Any issue/concern that I have ever shared with them has always been handled properly and quickly. They absolutely care about each and every cold here. Miss Sheena and Miss Nicole and all the staff deserve all the praise for all they have done to care and teach children. Highly highly recommend this place!

I tried taking my son here because we just moved into the area. I asked them how they would help him with his biting and what their protocol was BEFORE I enrolled him. Forewarning them that he has been known to bite 4 to 5 kids on a bad day. I was told they would help me with a plan and work with me on him and that their teachers are experienced in things like that. So we enrolled him he was there for 2 DAYS and they kicked him out due to his behavior that I asked about. Totally unprofessional in my opinion, this is why I asked beforehand! I wasted 140 for the 2 days he was there. If your child isn't a perfect angel 100% of the time I don't suggest taking them here. At least my last daycare worked an actual plan with us, he was there for a year and the biting stopped.

We absolutely love Lotsa Tots!!! Our son has been there since he was 8 weeks old and is now 2. Everyone there is so caring and I know they truly care about my child. Sheena is the most caring human. Nicole is a sweetheart and our son just adores Carrie. Thank you for all you ladies do!!!

We switched to this day care and were very happy. We love it there and our daughter loves it there. She comes home singing new songs all the time! Talks about the weather and can count to 10 in Spanish! Very impressed! We love Ms. Chris, Ms. Autumn, and Ms. Sheena! Thanks for taking such great care of our little girl!

My family and I love the ladies here. That take great care of my son. It's as if they are family. I would recommend them in a heart beat. I was nervous about putting my newborn in daycare but after meeting with Sheena I knew this was that right one!! Thank you for all that you guys do!!!

My two toddlers have attended Lotsa Tots for about 4 months. They love their teachers, and enjoy being there. The staff is wonderful, and very caring and personable. Also, it was so helpful to me that the school serves breakfast!
