Kae was very knowledgeable about interior design and a great help with selecting fabrics, working with different colors and how things should flow. She was patient and not pushy. Austin, another sales rep, helped us on one occasion as well and he was also very accommodating. Honestly, all the employees from billing to delivery were extremely nice. “We were looking on their site for a new double recliner, and saw one we were interested in. Went in about 15 minutes before closing (sorry, guys), and greeted us right away. We asked about the one we were looking for; they told us that the brand is not one they keep in stock, and would probably be a couple months before their next shipment from homelegance. We looked around a bit, then filled out a credit application, and Austin walked us through more, showing us what they do have in stock while Cliff ran the credit check. Austin helped us pick out something we absolutely loved, in a color we wanted. Delivery is scheduled. Props to Austin, Cliff, and Dave, for helping us out, even at the late time, before closing! “Really great bed, was having alot of pain from a bunch of knots in my right shoulder. Night one on my new mattress helped so much my shoulders slowly getting better and I sleep better. I went in today to buy another mattress protector and had my very chatty son with me. Teagan was phenomenal to work with - patient with my kid and helpful to me. When I got to the store (almost an hour after it had opened) Teagan had been mopping. The store smelled fresh and clean. The store has never felt gross or unclean when I've visited. All of the employees we've worked with have been knowledgeable and no one has ever been pushy or sales-y. We had our king mattress delivered and that was a positive experience as well. Overall, we recommend Mattress Dealz for a budget-friendly option.”
