This branch is one of my favorites. Friendly staff. I am always treated with kindness and respect no matter my situation. Clean, well-lit lobby. I’ve never waited more than five minutes for a teller.

Dealing with MACU has been THE worst experience with a financial institution in my ENTIRE life! ( in excess of 2/3 of a century).Went to a branch to get another person access to a business account for which I was the only other person with access. Showed ID and got him added. I logged onto the account and granted him full access. He tried unsuccessfully to set up Bill Pay. He was told he has insufficient authority. He tried to contact Customer Service for assistance. The automated system requested that he provide MY SSN rather than his! I tried to call Customer Support and was prompted to enter the last SIX digits of my SSN, where every other institution that uses part of SSN for security only requires 4 digits. This is a big privacy risk because the first 3 digits used to be related to year and location issued, and might be guessable. Even when I did enter the last 6 digits, the automated system would not validate me. Most of the time when I requested to speak to a live human, the wait time estimates were unacceptably long.So, I went into yet another branch and talked to a young employee who acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. I demonstrated the problem with the Customer Service automated system. He told me I was doing it wrong by entering input before automated voice finished talking. So, I retried and only keyed in data after voice paused. No difference. So he calls somebody to educate him in how to set up Bill Pay. He then tells me that all the issues for both myself and other authorized individual are because neither of us had signed ALL necessary authorization forms. I was fed up! When a customer can't easily access their own money or get help solving problems, it's time to take your business elsewhere. So, I closed the account and withdrew all funds.

I just wanted to give kudos to Ben, (i believe that's his name) I came in Friday to get 200 in 1 dollar bills. I had a really upsetting experience at another branch in South Jordan and I really wanted to close my account. It was this branch from the start that really made me want to Bank with MACU. Thanks for letting me vent my frustration I felt 100 percent better and assured that I am banking with the best financial institution and branch. Thank you!

I am SO LATE on sharing my experience… but believe me if I could, I would rate it an 11 out of 10 stars!I walked in SUPER nervous about what was going to happen because I’m an introvert that knows NOTHING about money, so I get taken advantage of, A LOT. I walked in & Tyler was super nice to me & helped me get situated. Kimbor wasn’t set up to see me, in fact you can’t have an appointment with a loan officer (?) made within the 24 hour window(?)… but Kimbor assured me that I was in good hands, sat me down & took AMAZING care of me!! I came in inquiring about 1 single thing & he saw so many other things that he could help me out with & did not hesitate to do so, for example he brought my car loan down, over $100 (knocked $14k off my interest)!! I’m so used to just being ran over when I do things in public because I don’t like to argue & ultimately I don’t know very much, but Kimbor & the rest of the very friendly staff took great care of me that day that I went in & I am so grateful : ))))I HIGHLY recommend this location & it’s people. I’m going back to see Kimbor for some other things that we were working towards. Words can’t explain how grateful I am to have ended up in this location with these people that day.

Whitney at the Daybreak parkway MACU branch is AMAZING!! So sweet and very patient. She took care of all my concerns and was very sweet. We are besties now ?.Very positive experience. Ellie is amazing TOO! She took the time to listen to my concerns and also had her manager come up front to help facilitate some solutions. Very happy!
