Justin Kirby and Bailey Brown were absolutely incredible. I had a dead battery at 9:30 p.m. and they tested it and replaced it before they closed. Their service was far and above any service I have experienced and I will highly recommend their store to ev everyone I know. Please give them a raise and a promotion!!!! Go O'Reilly!!!! Debra

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I'm not much of a review writer but some things need to be addressed. As a 20 year Police officer in this great State of Utah who now works in a health saving medical field, I wanted to share my negative experience.I went in to the South Jordan O'REILLY'S on redwood road and just north of 10600 South to price a part for my infinti. They gave me the price and information about the part. I then went to my car and called AutoZone to compare. AutoZone was about 30 dollars less.I confirmed the part number including manufacturer as the exact same part. I walked back into O'Reilly and told them AutoZone has the exact same part for less and if they would price match. the older gentleman said sure thing and looked up the information on Autozones website to confirm.He found the part and then asked who I figured was the manager or ASSistant manager how to do it. The person he asked said they do not price match with AutoZone but he would give me an extended warranty on the part.I asked them if it was a company policy that they don't ( knowing they do from past experiences). He said yes. I knew at this point it was one of 3 things.1. Because I was dressed in a tie that he figured he could get full price.2. He was having a bad day and didn't feel like keeping a customer3. He did not like that I was not CaucasianAny of the above reason is unacceptable and I will never go to that store again. Just so you know. I called the Riverton store and they were very helpful even tho they did not have the part. The person on the phone confirmed that O'Reilly's does price match and he directed me to the draper store to pick up the part.I arrived at the draper store, picked up the price matched part and continued my day.SOUTH JORDAN O'REILLY'S on redwood road and 10600 South. You have a bigger issue than you realize with your staff or maybe you do and prefer to do business that way. I will do my best to tell everyone I come across about my experience with your store. I may even post it on social media in hopes it gets picked up by a news station. I protected your right to be able to deny someone service. Atleast be honest and say you will not price match in this situation instead of lying.

Had a great experience here the other day when I wanted to replace my windshield wipers. Not sure who it was that helped me, but he was a tall guy with a mullet and a green Carhartt shirt, he had such great customer service. I paid for a specific wiper set and he offered to put them on for me. They had the wrong connectors, so he went and got some of those. They didn't work either, so he ended up getting different wipers and exchanging them for the price of the ones I bought and put them on for me. I was thoroughly pleased with how helpful he was! Love this place

I like O'Reilly Auto Parts. They are way better to deal with than Auto Zoners. Auto Zoners employees are just that Zoners, most of them don't know squat about cars.

My visit to this location turned into a great educational adventure. The attendant (Connor) was extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and had a refreshingly wonderful customer based demeanor! Give this guy a raise please. We need more of him in these industries! Yay Connor!
