Called this location beforehand. They told me I didn't need an appointment for regular checkup, or to get tested. Showed up this morning & the lady turned me away, & told me I needed an appointment before they could see me. (Apparently you have to be a frequent flyer to just walk-in.) Now I know why people don't support P.P. anymore. Waste of time, & information. Total joke.

I love PP, but I need to address my recent IUD experience. I was put on the hormonal IUD ‘Liletta’ in May of this year. (05/2023)The told me that it is good for 8 years and wrote my “Removal Date” for 05/2031 in the pamphlet.I just recently read over the pamphlet, and to my surprise the manufacturer/brand specifically states it’s only good for 6 years. It says this multiple times throughout.That’s not even the worst part… every specific IUD has a LOT # and EXP date - my specific IUD is stated to expire 02/2026.So not only did they say it can last an extra 2 years than it really can, but they also gave me an IUD that would expire after ~2.5 years.They also told me it getting it put in would be effective as an emergency contraceptive, since I reported that I had unprotected sex and needed a Plan B pill - the pamphlet clearly states it is NOT to be used an an emergency contraceptive.These little details are important, especially when it comes to women’s reproductive health. I yanked it out by myself, and it was easy. I refuse to pay them any money to remove it, especially since it’s something they messed up on.

I was very nervous about getting my iud out and Arianna & Virginia were so amazing! Arianna took her time explaining everything and calming me down from the beginning and Virginia talked me through the whole process allowed me to take a break whenever I needed. Super attentive and supportive staff! Thank you guys!

I absolutely love the care here. I got my nexplanon removed and wasn’t expecting for it to be as quick as it was. I’m currently trying to make another appointment though and have made 7 calls and still no answer. The first time I called, they immediately answered it. I don’t want to go anywhere else but this place because of how the treatment was like so I’m still trying. Thank you guys for the care, would love for you guys to answer your calls though.

I went in today to get my nexplanon implant removed & Dr Karli along with all the staff members did an amazing job and kept me and my family very comfortable during the visit. The procedure was very quick and painless. So Thankful for planned parenthood.

Came to get my implant out, I was very nervous and hoped I would get someone gentle. Dr. Carly was so kind and gentle. I told her exactly what I needed and she was so accommodating. I had to wait awhile to be seen but that's to be expected with so many patients waiting for care. I am very pleased with my visit here and I will be coming back for future care !

It was a little hard to get an appointment set up but in the end it wasn’t a big deal :) everyone I talked to that works here has been very nice and informative. I’ve been here multiple times and I think they’re doing a good job!

First time ever writing a review, and it’s bc the people at the front desk and on the phone are absolute incoherent morons. You should probably hire people who actually graduated high school and have working brain cells.

This place is so disorganized. You call and get placed on hold so many times or get disconnected. You leave a message and play phone tag. I went for 4 tests and only got results for 2. The girl on the phone has no clue it seems. My appointment was two weeks ago and I still don't know all of my results. Now i have to wait for someone to call me back. I'll never go here again!!

We went and it was ok but when we tried to call to get information and ask a couple questions no one answered. We called more than 6 times and they always answered but hung up or just simply didn’t answer

I just called to cancel my appointment 3 times and she keep putting in hold the 3 times , each call 5min, 7min and 3 min wait. So I hope you can read this. Thx I’m not attending to my appointment.

I’ve been coming here for years. They have always been very helpful. I’m only giving it 3 stars because today at my appointment the person who helped me: Jordynn seemed so clueless and careless about my questions and anytime I asked a question she would brush it off and shrug. She didn’t help me at ALL and seemed like she knew nothing about her job. It was very frustrating.

i went in to get tested and they told me it would be a 45 minute wait. so i waited for an hour and 30 minutes for them to pull me to the back and tell me they can't even test me because a provider wasn't there. this is the WORST planned parenthood to go to.

Love this place! Everyone is friendly there to the front office to the nurses and doctor she was really nice! Had my nexplanon removed it was fast and painless! There was a wait but so worth it I will go back if I need to get another implant!!
