“Had a package that required a signature that was supposed to be dropped off today. The carrier didn't even make an attempt to knock or walk to the front door(as shown on ny cameras). I wrote an email expecting to hear back Monday, but was surprised to receive a call within half an hour. After the phone call, my package was redelivered without issue.
I'm very happy with how quickly the issue was resolved and how attentive Wendy was in helping me with this problem. What started off as a 1 star experience, was quickly changed. Thank you Wendy!”

“I needed digital fingerprints and this was the closest. Clerk 09 was very helpful. We needed to do several retakes and had 5-6 failures. She used a corn husker oil to clean them up enough and it did the trick
Otherwise this is a large but otherwise normal post office”

“Very helpful, it is much faster if you come with everything packed and labeled. We went there because FedEx was the best price out of UPS and FedEx, FedEx to ship what we shipped from the USPS was $332.00 and it would have made it there in 5 or so days but not guaranteed, with USPS it was $68.75 take same amount of time, sent Priority, no guarantee there either. I didn't ask about insurance on it.UPS was for the lowest price to Lima Peru, was $537.00! We ended up going with USPS because of the extreme savings. We shall see if the package gets to it's destination?”
“This is THE BEST Post Office! The staff are very efficient and helpful. I'd recommend everyone go to this location, but I feel like I'd be giving away a well-kept secret as this facility is located off the beaten path. I usually mail my items and visit the local park afterwards for a nice, crisp Saturday morning activity.”

Side note - while I was there, the other two postal workers were also very friendly and cheerful with the customers. My overall experience was quite good!”
“We went in to get our FBI fingerprints done and were greeted by the nicest lady named Cherri. She was so friendly and walked us through the whole process ending up getting our prints done. She told us it would take two days to get the results. We were very surprised to have the results within an hour. Fantastic Service!!”
“This post office is awesome. The people here are polite, helpful, and are happy to explain things to you. Yes there is sometimes a line, but they provide a helpful and necessary service, which a lot of people use. Despite there being a line it always moves quickly because there has never been fewer than three people behind the desk. With the serious budget cuts and financial constraints put on them, it seems like this location still manages to shine.

“I had ordered a little doll swimsuit for my granddaughter's doll, as we had also purchased a new one for the granddaughter, who was spending a few months with me. The little package got waylaid for several weeks. I finally called the Murray City Post office and spoke with Ruben. I explained the situation, including the package contents. He understood the importance, so nice was he. He tracked the package, kept us updated and hand delivered it to us the day before my grands departure. One happy little girl! Thank you, Ruben!!!! In 22 years using the Murray post office I've only had 2 issues. This one was resolved perfectly.?”
“Best post office experience ever!- NICE AND CLEAN: This location is clean and in good repair, not grimy like most post offices. It also has some nice shiny brick arched walls in the interior, and some big framed photographs of historical Midvale - not super fancy, but a refreshing change from the typical dingy cheap post office.- FAST: This was my first visit so I don’t know if it’s typical or if I just got lucky, but there was no line on an early Friday afternoon in December.- FRIENDLY: I have visited various post office locations dozens of times, and the demeanor of the staff has ranged from hostile to surly, or indifferent at best. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one smile, until last Friday! Elizabeth helped me and she was positively lovely. She engaged in friendly chit chat while still handling my business quickly and efficiently. Nice to my kids. The other clerks seemed friendly as well.The only con I can think of: no automated postage machine here (the kind where you weigh and print your own postage). Not a big deal when you can get friendly (and most likely faster) service from a human.This will be my post office of choice from now on. I’ll go out of my way to come to this location.”
“Dropped off a priority flat rate envelope here on a Saturday after the post office was closed. It cost the same and I got a usps receipt with tracking just like I would at the post office. No wait.”
“Really nice upscale market. Being from out of town and staying a few days, I was looking for fresh fruit, veggies and hummus and snacks. Nice selection of grab and go, or grab and heat up foods. Perfect for business trip and a hotel suite stay with a fridge! Store was very clean and people were helpful.”

I didnt get the ladies name but she was extremely helpful in finding which package i needed for my items, and Kyle was very sweet and funny at check out. I had a lovely experience and will be coming back. It honestly shocked me to see how low their reviews are here, the staff was wonderful!”

“I believe the postal worker’s name was Amon that was SO helpful for me today. My kids are in the military, and they send packages to me, and when they get home, I forward the packages to them. It can be costly, but you try to help your kids and the military. Anyway, Amon helped me save 25.00 today by consolidating two packages into one. I was already spending over 100.00, so I was very thankful for this savings.”
