Don't go here. It's not worth your time OR your money. Find a nail artist who will care about you as a person and a customer instead of belittling you and disregarding your requests. Unless you're into blatant gaslighting and passive-aggressive behavior, in which case this is the place for you.
They charged me $65 for a set of nails that weren't the length or color I asked for. $65 for a woman to tell me that no, they actually couldn't do the effect I was asking for, even though the example I'd shown them was one of their example nails. $65 for nail polish to be smeared across my fingers (and for the woman to say it was my fault, for holding my fingers too close together). $65 to be laughed at. $65 to walk out of that shop feeling worse than I walked in.
They don't treat you like a guest, or even like a paying customer. They treat you like a nuisance.

I started going here a little while ago, and I have finally found my go- to salon! I absolutely loved the staff, the way my nails looked, and the atmosphere is super chill and quiet. Highly recommend!

I come to QPI for pedicures. I have been coming since January. Their service is outstanding!
They take time to give extra care to my feet and legs.
They have an outstanding variety of color choices.
Their care will keep me coming back. I highly recommend their services.

Prompt and friendly service, I've never had a problem getting an appointment for when I needed. The atmosphere is bright and clean with calm spa music and no loud obnoxious TV. All the employees are friendly and want to know you by name. Their prices are good too.

I have my natural nails and just have gel polish put on them. When I came in for a manicure my nails were long and beautiful. I needed them trimmed down but that’s not what I got! I left with stubs. They did not ask what length nor shape that I wanted they just cut them all down. The blue are my before and the pink is after! It’s not easy growing nails out. I’m so upset
