The Rose Shop is misleading customers. They advertised items for 49 cents, but when I selected items from the relevant sections—children’s, women’s, and men’s—and proceeded to checkout, none of the prices matched the advertised ones. Instead, all items were priced at full cost. I couldn’t find a single item for 49 cents, and I ended up wasting a lot of time

I may be bias due to me being employed here. But I love it here! All the hard work the management and the whole team puts in everyday is AMAZING. There is no perfect store, but this place is my second home. We love our customers and we strive daily to make it comfortable and homey for everyone. Happy holidays!!

absolutely worst Ross experience I have ever had. And I used to work at Ross. there was no greeting at the door from the large brown girl with the pink orange hair who talked to her mom the whole 2 hours while I shopped refused to do a price check on a pair of boots that all the others had the reduced tag. I waited in the long Christmas line just to check a price. Don't come to this location. Unless you want to be treated horrible by someone who's job is literally customer service. Maybe get a desk job. 0 stars to Ross for hiring these types of employees.

The guy with long dirty blonde hair should be fired!! I was talking to my mom when I was walking in the store and I said that there was 30 minutes left and his polite way of welcoming me was correcting me and saying that it’s 25 minutes. Then over the intercom, he announces how much time is left and also adds that “he really wants to go home”. He checked us out and didn’t say a word until we were leaving and he says “finally 1 more left”. If it was me I would be embarrassed to have this kid working at my store!

I feel like the one in riverton has better selection or name brands than this location. The staff is friendly Sometimes I come just to see what I find. Shoe selection is not the greatest

I can't say I had an "extraordinary" experience but there was nothing to detract me from giving any less than a five-star review for my current visit.I went during the day on a weekday when it's not very busy, I have heard that at busy times you can wait in line for a bit but my checkout was quick and easy.Ross typically has good deals on many things, today I picked up some dog toys and a few things from there small section of Sporting Goods. It's a decent place to pick up some basic tools or home decor as well.If you're looking for various types of items you know Ross has, it's a good to check with them first before other department stores as they often have better pricing, but be aware that their inventory changes often so you're not likely getting the exact same thing twice.Thanks for reading my review and I hope something good happens to you today.
