This review is strictly for George in the Café area. My friends and I had ordered food from the app due to not having a wallet handy. The app was closed. George covered our meal out of the kindness of his heart.We of course paid him back shortly after; however, the impression he left on us was astonishing. George is a true hero of the customer service business. I will continue to refer people to this store.Thank you George!

The scan-n-go isn't any faster. You still have to wait in a long line so they can scan everything just to get out of the building. It's ridiculous!

Terrible customer service. It was a good reminder why I prefer to shop at Costco! They don’t tell me to contact the manufacturer to return or replace an item I purchased a week ago.

overall Sam club the company is good I have enjoyed other stores a lot. but this store needs help. The cafe is horrible understaffed. I feel bad for them working hard and understaffed. they need to cross train more members to help the cafe when busy then go back to other things and not just sit around and ask you if you want a credit card at check out as you check out your own groceries. The worst was my experience returning items the lady I was returning items to had a lot of attitude and made my experience horrible.

I love shopping at Sam's. It has what I need, and it doesn't feel claustrophobic like the "OTHER" whole sale store. I used to have a membership to both, but I quickly realized that was only a waste of money.

This cafe is so absurdly understaffed it is a joke. It’s not even worth it to go. We called an hour ahead for two pizzas and didn’t even get the right kind of pizzas! The lines are long and the people working cannot keep up. The gentleman that helped us was very kind but the experience itself was awful. Not to mention, their pizza was just not up to par. It’s usually pretty good but it was not worth it this time. Won’t be going back unfortunately.

Chase went above and beyond his job!!I couldn't find anyone to help me and he was walking very quickly like he needed to complete something I waved at him and he took the time to stop and ask me what I needed help with.Also he made sure that I walked out of that store with that item! He even got a forklift to get it for me!!I will only go to this location from now on because of Chase, he was wearing a Superman hat, he truly is.Thank you Chase!

Pathetic service. I waited for more than 15 mins at jewelry section. Was interested in something of worth $2000. Tried to find someone who can take it out of their security case and show me. No one showed up.Eventually, used their barcode way to notify team that I need help. No one showed up.2 employees passed me asking do you need help. One said it will take a minute someone will come to help you. None came to help. I waited 5 mins. No one showed up.Eventually left without purchasing anything. While leaving I asked a lady employee with walkie-talkie that no one is there at jewelry shop. She just smiled and moved on. I met same guy who said to wait for a minute. And argued me saying I told you to wait.This is my first and last year for membership of Sam’s Club. I would anytime prefer Costco over these store. They don’t know how to do business. Purchased item from Costco.

Love this place and scan and go. Only negative feedback I have is the ice for the soda machine being down multiple weeks and the phone sales people need to not be so pushy. I am tired of them always bugging us like a mall kiosk and not taking the hint when we say we're not interested..

We frequent this location but have been noticing the cleanliness of the store and quality of produce going downhill. And the soda machine has been broken for MONTHS. Great employees, however; we've never had a bad experience with staff. They are all phenomenal.

Looked up the gas price on the Internet and went here because it was the least expensive. When I arrived, the price was higher than what they had advertised. The next time I needed gas it was again the least expensive but I decided to call. It was ringing for 7 minutes when someone answered and they said they would transfer me and I was on hold for another 24 minutes before the phone was answered but nobody would talk to me, I could just hear people talking in the background. After over 30 minutes of waiting for help I hung up. Very disappointed in the customer service here.
