What reasonable store closes at 6? How is anyone supposed to come after work and get paint?I returned before 6 the next day and did get some great service helping me choose a color that I matched with their color tool and software.Humble recommendation is to improve business hours.

If I could give these guys a zero I would I’ve been a painter for 20 years and I’ve watched this company get worse and worse they buy out other companies get bigger and get worse their customer service from their management is awful if you don’t come in the store in your whites / paint clothes they really treat you bad so I feel bad for the average home owner that goes in with questions

This store has helped a couple times when we were in a sticky situation. They have gotten things delivered with 30 minutes notice and SwiftHand Painting appreciated the hard work that you put in to keep the jobs running smoothly

I have never dealt with employees this unhelpful in my life. I went in two times, dealing with a total of three employees. This store direly needs someone new to come and retrain these employees. Truly baffling, I would save yourself some time and go to Lowes or Home Depot for any of your paint needs.

With a paint number in hand, I went to SW and purchased a gallon of paint I thought was going to be perfect for the bedroom I was painting. When I started to apply the paint, it turned out to be pink and not at all the grey I intended. At no fault of the store or paint, I drove back to the store and the pleasure of working with Veronica. She was very patient and understanding of my distaste for the pink. Veronica offered to add color to the paint to give it more of the grey color I wanted. She took her time and added color to the paint, each time checking with me each time to see if it was acceptable. After six times of adjusting the color, I ended up with a beautiful grey color that was perfect for me. After corrected my paint color, she created a color sample swatch to use if I needed another gallon of paint, which I did. The second gallon matched perfectly. SW is lucky to have someone like Veronica on their team. Because of my experience with Veronica I will happily refer others to SW and to see Veronica for their specialty needs. The store manager is amazing! Leonard is so helpful and always hard working to get exactly what you want. I am a painting contractor and have been going there to that store for 14 years. I never have never had issues with this store. Thanks guys!
