“Brooke impresses me! She’s not only an amazing employee, but also a lovely human being! She has an uplifting energy about her and treats every customer with kindness and respect. She has excellent customer service skills and makes every shipment or return a quick and easy process. There is also a boy (age 18? dark hair..I don’t know his name to mention it in this review unfortunately) who has also been just as great with the same positive energy. These kids know their stuff and no doubt make every one’s day who stops in. I know they do mine! Thanks guys! :)”
“For some reason had a hard time finding this location. But it was right where it should be. Being open on a Sunday really helps in today's business. The attendant was ready when I went in the door and gave professional service through the entire transaction. Self serve printers to the side, self serve prettyich through the store. Thank you”
“This afternoon I received a shipping label for a defective piece of equipment I needed to return to the manufacturer. I popped it in a box with lots of packing, taped it up and slapped the label on. Off to FedEx I went, not anticipating a pleasant experience from some of the other shipping places I've visited.What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.”

“I believe the postal worker’s name was Amon that was SO helpful for me today. My kids are in the military, and they send packages to me, and when they get home, I forward the packages to them. It can be costly, but you try to help your kids and the military. Anyway, Amon helped me save 25.00 today by consolidating two packages into one. I was already spending over 100.00, so I was very thankful for this savings.”

“Kalyssa she is the one of the best employee, everyone there also good, I had issue to send documents to California, I booked for notary also in same location, kalyssa help me a lot, to book pre order label, incoming and out going label, print all documents , before she finish her duty she spoke to her colleague to assist me also, when her colleague had doubts she called to kalyssa , she helped while driving back to home, thank you kalyssa and colleagues,,,,,,,”
