I come here ALL the time with my grandma and Thomas is always so nice and goes above and beyond. My grandma has to use a motorized cart and I went to get another cart to put the groceries in and I come back and Thomas is helping her by putting her groceries on top of the conveyor belt. He always makes our visit so pleasent.

Leanne in the bakery is amazing. She pays attention to detail and confirms everything before making the cakes. Truly appreciate how much care she puts into her work. Smiths is lucky to have her!

I like to do their pick up but they sometimes don't get an item and don't pick the best fruits and vegetables. The employees are very nice.

I hate that you have to have a store card to check out. I only go here once in a blue moon. I just want to buy a few things and get back on the road, but Smiths doesn't want checking out to be too easy.
Expect inconveniences if you are not a regular shopper here. Plus the card scanners don't read cards well if you have to insert a chip.
I only come here on road trips when it's the closest place to take a dump.
Hope they will improve the check out process, or get replaced by a walmart.. .
