Worst place to get glasses.
Never answer the phone, office will be closed when it supposed to be open, friday's sometime they won't open at all.
New glasses order took 7 months to receive, lab is horrible at repairing glasses. I had to pay $200 extra because they ordered my glasses wrong when it was their fault, but I still had to pay extra. Because they weren't willing to accept, they made a mistake.
Things were much better before Dr Hardy left. New owner/management don't care about their patients.

Very disappointing experience. After updating one pair of lenses, I tried for the second since that was 50% off. Two months later, the lab finally returned them claiming they couldn’t do it (had no problem with the full price pair of course), and they broke the nose pads. So now I am on the hook for a $70 repair because neither South Valley or the lab is willing to take any responsibility. I agree things were much better before Dr Hardy left. Looks like I have to find a new provider.

Hi. I have been bringing my family here for years under Dr Hardy. The place has changed hands and whoever is running it now doesn’t seem to care. I called for an appointment for my daughter whose prescription has badly changed and she needs an update. I was told “sorry we don’t have anything through the end of the year. Call next year.” And they hung up. So, God speed. Didn’t ask who I was or if we were established patients or anything. So I’m going to try someone new. Goodbye Dr Hardy and Sabrina the wonderful optician- thanks for the years of quality service.
