I don’t live in this area but had just left a friend’s house and stopped in for a few necessities. First stop was sour cream. There 3 left of the target brand in the size i needed. I understand things will be bare in a Saturday night. Two of them expire TWO WEEKS ago and one expired today. Next stop was produce. The date on all of the green onions WAS A WEEK AND A HALF AGO. I quickly left the section where anything could expire, got the few other things I needed and made my way to check out. They had one register with a cashier open and this was the line for self check out. If I wasn’t completely out of TP, I would have just left.

Anytime I need to make a return the employees act so irritated and fed up with me for returning items. They are short with me during conversation and always look at me like they are annoyed and cant wait for me to leave. I understand being stressed at work but acting like I’m a nuisance for using a service Target offers is crazy

Not a fan. Courtesy desk needs to step up on their understanding of their job. Hate to say it, but I'll stick with Walmart

Ugh, what has happened to Target? Do you remember when they first arrived on the scene? It was a breath of fresh air, and now it's a gross Walmart, which is saying a LOT! I don't shop Walmart for all the obvious reasons but after my trip to Target yesterday it's off my list too. The curation, organization, and even the team are just not well done any more. After picking my way through piles of merchandise left behind just to see what kind of wrapping paper options there were, having to avoid loads of abandoned carts and strangely luggage strewn all over the aisles, I made my way to an actual person for check out. I didn't receive a hello, no eye contact, and finally at the end Aurora actually said "Here's your receipt". That's it, I'm not going back, I don't care if they have things I could use. I'm done. I'm done with the big box stores not caring at all but just taking for granted that they have what we need and we'll deal with whatever they give us. It's embarrassing to put yourself in that type of experience and I want to spend my money, time and intention elsewhere.

Why has this turned into a teenager hangout spot? They get in the way, makes things a mess, are not respectful, and don't even buy anything. This target has gone way down hill and it looks like a ton of other people are having the same issues as us. I would avoid this target at all costs.

Whoever was working self check out on December 15th at 2:10 PM needs to be retrained on their costumer service. i’m not one to complain but pretty much called me stupid because i didn’t know how to add my target wallet points. i tried to explaining to her that it didn’t take anything off and she just walked away. I had about 40$ i was trying to use in earnings. I spend about 600$ weekly at this target. but i will sadly no longer be going to this target. i will travel out of my way to a different target where i will be treated better.

This store is a DUMP!I moved to the area in August and have yet to see it clean. Carts and carts full of random items all over the store.I often wonder - does anyone work here?On a regular day, there are usually between 5-15 people waiting at the self checkout because only one staffer register open.In all the places I've lived, and there have been many, this is by far the worst! My suggestion-entirely new management team and staff.

Target department store in our area has been an indispensable go-to for my family when it comes to quick and convenient household shopping. Nestled within its sprawling aisles, we discover everything we need, from everyday essentials to those little surprises that make life easier. The convenience doesn't stop there. One of the highlights of our Target visits is the Starbucks coffee store right on the premises. It's a delightful pit stop for a quick refuel or a leisurely sip amidst our shopping adventures. Plus, having a CVS pharmacy within the store makes it incredibly convenient for us to pick up our prescription medications without any hassle.Walking into this Target feels like stepping into a well-kept modern setup store. The store's impeccable maintenance is evident, making every visit a pleasant experience. It's reassuring to navigate through the aisles knowing that everything is neatly organized and readily available. Moreover, being one of the largest department stores in the District, it offers an extensive selection across various departments. Whether it's electronics, home goods, apparel, or groceries, there's an abundance of choices to explore. The convenience extends to parking, too. With ample space available, finding a spot is hassle-free. And the well-illuminated neighborhood ensures a sense of safety and comfort, especially during evening visits.Overall, Target has become synonymous with reliability and convenience for our household needs. It's more than just a store; it's a part of our community that consistently delivers a seamless shopping experience. If you're seeking a well-maintained, extensive selection, and convenient shopping destination, our local Target is the place to be.

I love this target, but the store has been messy as of late and the dollar section has been lacking I keep going into find cute things I see in target ads and they never have them. Everyone is so nice here the manager Karen is awesome she is so so so nice to us every single time we go in! Love this place just sad it usually doesn’t always have the cute things I see online.

The workers are great I had Jackson Johnson in the tech department help me with all the electronics I needed for Christmas! He was patient, knowledgeable and a gentleman. Top notch customer service.
