Outstanding experience with Think Storage in South Jordan. New facility with outstanding steel structure, pavement, concrete, drainage, lighting, cameras for good prices. The 24/7 access is secure and safe. Personel were friendly and I never had any problem in the 2 years I used it.

Access was super easy with our RV with having two entrances. Felt very secure, reasonably priced, and the customer service was great. Any time I had my RV out, the attendant would send me a text to make sure I had it. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. We had two storage units at this facility. Think Storage is also a U-Haul location which makes it even better and we continue to use them.

I’ve traveled and moved quite a bit over the past 30 years. Which means I’ve had to keep a lot of things in storage, in a lot of different locations. Think Storage has easily been the best storage facility I have used. Well tended, meaning clean and secure. They also have done a terrific job of communicating amy updates or changes in access procedures - new codes and such. Lots of storage spaces out there. If you’re in the south west part of town he Salt Lake Valley - go there first!

I have been storing here for 5 years. Always professional, fair prices, well maintained and great service. Today I received a text notifying me I did not fully secure my unit, so glad they are onsite daily paying attention…highly recommend.

This place should not be a U-Haul dealer. The girl at the front desk was so nice but had no idea how to use their system. She wasn’t able to select a drop off location and that created more headache at the end of the move than it should’ve. However, they do NOT properly inspect U-Hauls before letting people drive them. The tire blew out on the side of the I-15 in the middle of nowhere. Someone could’ve died. If it had been inspected properly by the team here, this could’ve been avoided as the tire was extremely old. If you rent a uhaul, don’t go here!!

Wonderful facility! Always incredibly clean! Office staff are absolute sweethearts too, moving in and out was incredibly easy and pain free! Would recommend to anyone!

Our contract was short term. It worked beautifully. Great experience with storage. Easy access. Management was very friendly and helpful. The whole process went off without a hitch!
