Terrible quality of new patient care: They canceled my new patient appt and told me I'd have to wait another 4 months to get in after I already waited 3 months to get in. I have prescriptions that need filled and their behavior towards new patients who depend on them for their wellbeing is unethical.Potential patients: please review all negative reviews - they appear warranted. It's not worth your health, time, and stress to take a chance on this provider.Due to a freak snowstorm and bad traffic I was going to be late. I called their number and they said it was fine and to show up anyway. They hadn't mentioned anything unusual about parking or the office location, so when I arrive I don't know where to go. Turns out parking is in the back and the office is on the third floor. I finally find the office 20 mintues late and the receptionist says they won't accept me because I was more than 15 mintues late. They said they didnt know which staff i spoke with earlier and offered to reschedule for 4 months later.Possible Solutions: offer more appointments for new patients, make allowances for lateness for initial appts especially when there's communication around timing, provide info on parking and office location if not standard, the website and Google number should connect to the office specifically and not a general call center staff.

They said they would be ready to have scan done and scheduled but now have been waiting for 4 hours and still nothing. Why are medical locations allowed to waste others time.

I had surgery here on Monday and the nurses that tended to me were so sweet and caring! I remember one of them was named Brittany, but all of them were very kind.

Front desk told me it would be an hour wait, so grabbed food and went to sit in urgent care, after 49 min I asked when I would be seen, turns out they called my name within 15 min of arriving. They put me back in the list and I had to wait another 39 min. Afraid I'm going to miss my flight to Europe. Back spasming and just wanted to get a refill if medicine. Horrible experience

I think this clinic as a whole is great. ER was quick to get in and all of the staff were courteous and professional. InstaCare is mostly good, a bit hit and miss on the provider, but everyone is always nice. Pharmacy is awesome. They are always very helpful. Used Family Medicine and Orthopedic here too, and have no complaints. It’s nice to have a versatile clinic like this close to home.

I’ve seen multiple specialists at this location and whenever I have an appointment at U of U I ask for this location because it’s easy to get to, plenty of parking and every receptionist, nurse and doctor I have encountered here has been so friendly and helpful.

This place cares about money and that’s it. It’s like a proctologist visit every time you go here. Their services are 10 time the price of anywhere else. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I always have excellent encounters at every specialty I see at the South Jordan facility.The staff is helpful, well educated, empowered to resolve issues, and gracious to patients.The providers are professional, and all I've had the pleasure to meet, are kind, patient, and pleasant.I highly recommend this facility, along with the main hospital for any type of medical need.

There is no Emergency here. Unwelcoming ER techs. know one will to help. Been over 1.5 hrs for an auto accident to be seen. And for everyone curious… Known-one was in the waiting room waiting. Horrible place to come FOR WE HELP. door dash is faster than this

I came to the Occupational Health Dept for a work injury, from a Concentra Clinic. I am in awe that the medical care is so much better! I get into appts immediately, the Dr & staff are happy and love their jobs, they show real concern for your injury, provide substantially higher level of care, and are organized. I got to select my Physical Therapist near me, and I am improving within just a week! Pain has reduced substantially, and I am very happy with the multiple types of treatment I am getting from the PT. I see light at the end of the tunnel and I'm so happy to receive medical care here.

Loved my experience visiting Kirsti, NP at the Women’s Health Clinic for my pregnancy visits! She’s been so gentle, social, and sweet during every visit. She truly listens to you and recommends things to do for your pregnancy symptoms. She works closely with Dr. Harker at the Madsen location.They also have you register for the MyChart app that comes in so handy for communication with the NP, Obstetrician, front staff, etc. the app helps get schedules, lab results, documents for work, and more. I was amazed by this since most places do it old school and they either call you or you have to go in. Truly an amazing place if you are pregnant and want to establish care through your pregnancy! Unfortunately I am moving to a different state and have to establish new care.

Doctor and attending nurses were excellent. Staff was terrible asked four different people for blankets finally the fifth brought me some. Alarms were going off in the room and they were ignored. Attending physician discussed options with me and we reached a consensus. Release instructions were incorrect and never updated per what was agreed upon. The staff was too busy sitting around doing nothing at least when I checked myself out.
