They took 4 business days to "look" at my computer and they only updated me when I decided to call to tell me that they had just looked at it and didn't know the problem yet so I went and picked it back up. I took it to an in-house repair guy who had the problem solved in under 4 hours THAT DAY and charged me 40 bucks. I don't know if they were just extremely busy but if that is the case they need to communicate realistic wait times.

My son's phone wouldn't charge. We took it here expecting a couple hours without the phone while they fixed it. The employee found lint in the charging port that we couldn't see. He removed it and cleaned the port well. We were out of there in minutes and no charge. Thank you.

Decent place to go to for screen repair, but takes a little while and doesn't last.I went in to get my screen fixed since my Google phone had some dead pixels. I went in and they got the repair done in a decently timely matter (4ish hours, didn't know for sure as I didn't have my phone and they said they'd text and email when done). I have been using it for about 2 weeks and woke up this morning to the phone screen cracked. It is a weird crack when the keyboard is and it's pronounced enough to feel it when typing, so it was weird to have it just appear in the morning.

The process was very painless. The techs were very knowledgeable and proficient. They provided me with a couple different options to pay for the repair and it ended up costing nothing thanks to samsung warranty. As I waited for the repair the techs kept me updated on the progress. Great experience at ubreakifix.

Most unprofessional store I've ever had to deal with. This place holds the contract in the area for Peloton repairs - we've waited over two months now for someone to come out. They've canceled on us FIVE TIMES now, the last two times without even telling us! We had to call the Peloton scheduling company just to find out that it was rescheduled.They've never even given us a chance to reschedule to a specific time, they just text us an hour before they are supposed to show up, saying "We can't make it to your repair today, we'll be there in two weeks". I've stayed home from work four days now in the last two months just to get this thing repaired, only for them to cancel. It's gross incompetence.The worst part is that Peloton doesn't share the instructions to repair their bike, and the only way to get it repaired is through a certified repair shop like this. I can't believe how horrible and mismanaged this store is, or how they can still possibly be in business. Don't bother, take your business elsewhere.

Awful experience brought in a Xbox series X with minor water damage (I did all the important steps to take after water damage like leaving it off for a 24 hour period). They then proceeded to take it for two weeks with no contact and sent me an email thanking me for my visit. Got on customer support to ask if they still had it which they said yes and it was ready to be picked up. Came in 5 days later and they told me they couldn't find it and to contact them later that day. Called them later that day and was told they handed it off to someone else and to wait from a call from them to find out how we proceed. Finally after another week get told they have another Xbox Series X that I can pick up that might work. Pick it up the next day and its completely trashed and looks like it was thrown off a building. You can feel and see all the parts on the inside rolling around, the side panels are way bent out of shape, the bottom plate is completely missing and the area around the disc drive is melted, it obviously doesn't even work either. So disappointed with the service, at the very least I could've sold the other one for parts but this one is complete junk.I dont recommend ever going here this was a nightmare

After almost a month since first bringing in my device for repair and several pleasant exchanges with other professional employees while getting the correct part ordered my experience picking up the device was quite the opposite. The employee rang up the repair and when I told them that it was over $100 more than what I had been quoted when dropping off he was visibly upset. I showed him the receipt showing the quoted price he threw it down and said that I was wrong, but it’s fine, it’s fine he said again, obviously upset. Perhaps there needs to be better inter office communication? Too bad one horrible employee can ruin a mostly good experience.

Wow! Fantastic experience. Had a problem with the charging port on my phone. They cleaned it out great. There was something I could not see in the port. Because they did not have to open the case there was no charge. They just earned all my business!

Had a question about malware that had infected my phone. The service rep was kind, friendly and very helpful. Has able to answer questions, provide some assistance that lead to me being able to rid my phone of the malware. Very pleased with the service.

Long story short, for any type of laptop repair, I would go elsewhere.We dropped off a laptop to get the broken screen replaced. They said it would take a week. After a week and a half and not hearing from them, we called and they told us they ordered the wrong screen and so they had to order the right kind and it would take another week. After another week and a half and not hearing from them, we called and they said the part should arrive the next day and the repair should take max 2 days after that. After a week and not hearing from them, we went to the store in person and they told us that the screen was replaced, but there was a broken pin in the battery connector (or whatever it’s called) and that has to be fixed, but they can’t do it here, so it’ll have to be sent to the shop that can do those repairs and it should take another week. At this point the manager said they would discount the repair to $0, which at least he said that and made me feel like they were trying to make right. After a week and not hearing from them, we called and they said they could only tell me that the shop has our laptop. That’s all the work order system could tell us. There was “no way” of communicating with the shop to see when they think they’ll be done. I also come to learn that the shop is in Florida. And now my daughter has to go to college without her laptop. We spoke to the manager in person and he said again he would discount the repair to $0 and give us a loaner laptop after we insisted, even though that’s not something they do. The loaner was to make sure she didn’t have to go to school without a computer, because of the many delays. So now after another week and a half they called and told me the laptop is ready. But now they won’t give me the laptop without returning the loaner first. I had actually explained to the manager when he gave me the loaner that I would have to bring the repaired laptop to my daughter at college and get the loaner from her and then return it. But the manager I spoke to about all this and the discount was not in today. Even if I had the loaner, they were still going to charge me for the repair. I asked when the manager will be in next, and I was told 5 days. So now I have to wait another 5 days to talk to the manager because he’s the only person that is trying to make things right and help us. I was also told that I could leave a $200 deposit to get our laptop back today and it would be refunded or applied to the cost of the repair when I bring the loaner back. It’s been a frustrating experience and it’s not over yet! The one manager that seems like he cares and is trying to help is the only thing that makes this review 1 star instead of 0. We’ll see what happens, though

Jackson is the best! He helped my fix my phone really quick and he was super nice! I tried other Ubreakifix location like the one in Sandy because it's closer to me and they told me I had to wait 4 hours to get my phone fixed using my warranty because I have to sign a lot of paper works so they suggested paying out of pocket because it will be faster. I just gave my phone to Jackson and he took care of everything, no paper works, it only took an hour and a half for my phone to be fixed. This location was definitely worth the drive!

They charged me $162 to replace my screen. When I went to pick up my phone they could not find me due to having my phone in a completely different person name who know one knows? I had to discribe my phone to them. There system was down and my name was not in there system. They took my payment gave me no Receipt The screen cracked in less than 24 hours due to no reason. It was a perfect crack right in the center of the screenWhen I called To tell them that My Screen had broke Due to them not having me in their system they couldn't find me they made no effort to try and resolve the problem. I gave them a $162 of my money for absolutely nothing. You break I fix can kick rocks, You guys deserve to go out of business.

My phone came back perfectly. It was kind of a pain to get it done first. The first appointment made (knowing the make/ model of my phone) did not have the parts. Then there was a problem with the warranty at first which isn't their fault but it took them 2 hours to tell me. When I got warranty stuff figured out they said they texted me when it was done but there was no call or text received. I had to call after it had been longer than they said it would be and had to race back over before they closed to get my phone back. The staff was knowledgeable and my phone is back to perfect condition. Would still go back for repairs again, but next time I'll be pre checking everything before showing up.

as for my service it was good Jacob was professional the entire time. my only concern is that my phone still will not recognize the battery that was installed and therefore I can not do my face id. It's been 3 days now and it still will not recognize it.
