Mailed a package and paid for it on JULY 7, 2025. As of today, August 15, 2025 there has been NO DELIVERY of this package and NO INFORMATION on its whereabouts since last updated on July 11, 2025 at 7:46 am. Manager is on “vacation” so apparently nobody there can help me until he returns next week. Very frustrated as I am waiting on a substantial refund from this package and I also paid for shipping.

Kalyssa she is the one of the best employee, everyone there also good, I had issue to send documents to California, I booked for notary also in same location, kalyssa help me a lot, to book pre order label, incoming and out going label, print all documents , before she finish her duty she spoke to her colleague to assist me also, when her colleague had doubts she called to kalyssa , she helped while driving back to home, thank you kalyssa and colleagues,,,,,,,

Absolutely awful. There are a bunch of kids running the store. They don’t know how to work the equipment. I will never go back.

Great UPS Store! Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Like that they have 2 self service kiosks at the front for Amazon or prepaid shipping labels. Will be back!

I would rather pass this location and drive to.the Sandy store on State Street.
The Staff are rude, demanding and act put out if you ask for help.
It's dirty and cramped.

As many of us ups stores have become a need to return our Amazon packages and this store the personal management is on point if you are just dropping off 50 packages or have an issue they are great! Ps never had issues but do see them helping costumers who are not sure what to do or how to print and they are so helpful and kind.

Not helpful, refuse to take packages that they advertise taking. Slow moving and no interest in getting customers in and out in a timely manner.

Just had the quickest amazon return here, I came in the door, two people were using the Amazon return kiosks and Dennis saw me waiting and quickly came up to the register and offered to help me with that return. He scanned it and the return was complete! Because of Dennis being aware of customer needs and offering to help I was in and out of the building in about 35 seconds! Thank you!
