UPS lost an heirloom bracelet that I had sent to a friend. After many calls to UPS, THEIR representatives told me to go to the store where I has shipped it. The employees refused to understand that the situation upset me, and told me to go file on line. They offered absolutely no help. Yes I understand that it is a franchise, but apparently they couldn't offer a modicum of customer service. Exactly what they told me, was that once a package left their store, it was out of their hands. After reading the reviews here, I see I am not alone.

The UPS store handles all of my Amazon returns easily & quickly! I love that they are close & convenient. The staff has always been helpful & professional too.

today, 11:10am, 9 people waiting and one person that I can see working the counter. I'm going to try the UPS store on 126th because they have not disappointed me yet when it comes to proper staffing.

We went in to get my daughters wedding invitations printed last minute. Ryan helped us out so much. He step by step guided me through the process, even helping me fix a few errors that would have ended up having us to reprint. He was so helpful and thorough and I could not have asked for a better experience!!!

A wonderful patient and helpful associate named Tatiana went above and beyond to help me with a return. She wanted to accomplish this with my phone that is not working properly.She did everything she could and although she had a line she focused on my needs. All went as hoped. Thank you for such an amazing associate!

Had an Amazon return and arrived just before they close. Forgot my tablet for the return, they let me come back a couple minutes late and even helped walk through the return. Great young guys working there. Much appreciated.

I’m always so impressed with how quick and efficient this location is. Whether I’m doing returns or printing they are always so helpful. Ryan is so friendly and willing to answer all my questions with my ridiculous returns.

Very upset. I sent over a simple print order on Monday this week. Called to check status and they advised they were behind and to give them until Friday. I came by Friday and my prints were still not done. The kid at the counter ( only person working that day) said they would be ready for me today Saturday.They are still not ready! I've called multiple times and no one will reply to my email or phone message. Please refund my order! I'm going elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst service experience I've ever had. Extremely unhelpful, unfriendly and unknowledgeable of the processes. They failed to complete the job requested then charged me for a servcie that was not fulfilled. Unwilling to return calls and reimburse me for the charges for a service that wasn't completed because their "system was down."

Paid over 70 bucks for what I was told would be Express shipping and would arrive on Thursday. Check to find that the actual delivery estimate is Friday which I could have purchased a much cheaper shipping for. Thanks for wasting my money.

Usually - a good store…but it’s all in the people you hire I suppose! 6:29 and I’m running 4 boxes from my car to the door. 3 customers inside. I had returns only - quick scan the box and go type of stuff. Walk back to the door…customers inside still. And I’m informed they are closed. All this while the young lady watched me going back and forth from my car. Then it turns out one of the two customers who are inside is a friend. Just hangin out n chillin. Not closing up shop…not in a major rush. I’d suggest some customer service training for your employee. I will be back, and if she is as grumpy as before I’ll continue to leave snarky reviews.

I should have read the reviews!! Amazon returns must be stolen from here! We’ve never had an issue with returns from Amazon ever! As soon as started bringing them here (dropped off and scanned) we’ve had multiple charge backs from Amazon for not being returned. All women’s clothes and we’re out $$$Save your self and go elsewhere!
