“We found a car we wanted to purchase online that was located at the Reno location. For $150, CarMax shipped the car to the SLC store so we could test drive it. There was no obligation to purchase the vehicle. Once it arrived in SLC, we were able to schedule a test drive and determine if it was in fact the car we wanted. Boone was our sales guy. There was no pressure to buy the car and even though he showed us the warranties that were available, there was no pressure to purchase one. We scheduled an appointment to pick up the car the next day and went home. We came back to sign the papers and pay for the car the next day and that was quick and easy. They had cleaned the car for us before pickup. The great thing is we left knowing we could return the car within 10 days for no reason. That allowed us to take the car to the manufacturer for a full inspection. The car came back good so we didn’t have to use the return option. Buying a car can be an absolute nightmare but this experience was by far the best experience at a large dealership we’ve ever had. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else.”
