i’ve never felt more demeaned and talked down to in my life. They probably have great quality products. I wouldn’t even know. I didn’t even make it past the horrific greeting. Crazy thing is is that I bought two RC cars recently and fell in love with them. And went to the store to buy two more. Sad

I came in looking for a part for my RC truck. After I left the store I was sitting in my car on my phone and an employee walked up to my car and accused me of stealing. He was in his 50-60’s, taller, and had a beard.I will never come back and never recommend this place to anyone else.

This store is awesome. Great selection on parts, and the guys there are so helpful. I’ve been buying parts and cars from them the last year. My sons new car was ran over by someone the other week, and the guys at Vortex repaired everything free of charge. Some of the best dudes around.

Great shop. Many hobbies can produce a pretty esoteric group, but the staff at Vortex is friendly, patient and helpful. This has become my new go to shop.

Vortex has always been a great place. They are a bit lacking for anything but Horizon Hobby when it comes to RC planes and lately parts for planes have been dwindling but they are still pleasant to work with.

I Walked in, the two teenagers behind the counter said hi and the dude was on the phone w one of his buddies talking about what rc he was going to take to an event or some such. I did about 3 laps and walked out. I had questions but nobody even attempted to help. So I wont be returning. Good day madam....
