Dear managers of Sotuh Jordan Walgreens:
I witnessed Chris talking profanity with Ernie around 6pm shift on Friday today and gossip in the store with customers shopping! Their manners were so unprofessional and unkind. Customer Service is very poor because they are behaving like uneducated people and so negative and inconsiderate. I had a 12’year old with me and that was not ok! My clues in my home is no profanity and no gossip; I ask for a better welcoming experience! Please they need to be trained and reminded of your professionalism expectations. I will never come back to this store because of their rude and childish behaviors!!! Very Disappointing!

I get posters and banners printed a lot at Walgreens and the amount of time they mess up and don’t read what you actually ordered is crazy. I started going to a different Walgreens because it was so bad.

Had been up since 3am with some nasty symptoms. Luckily, I was able to go onto goodRX and get a doctor online to prescribe me with what I needed. So I had it sent to my nearest Walgreens.
After googling and seeing that they open at 9am, I was sure to be there when they opened. Especially given that I had been up the last 6 hours counting down the second I could get my medicine. In some serious pain.
When I got there, the rude blonde girl at the window literally didn’t even look my direction. After giving her my name and birth date. I tried explaining that I was recently married so the names could be off, I’m not sure what last name the prescription came over as. And cutting me off, she rudely said, “we JUST opened, I have FORTY requests coming through my fire wall so I don’t see yours. Come back in 30 minutes” not even confirming if my prescription was in the cue or anything.
She was arrogant and rude. It’s not the customers fault that they’re not ready to *work* when their opening time comes. I think they forget that SICK and HURT people are coming through to get important meds.
If she would’ve been nice and said, yep we got that in just now, we’ll get that made, we should be ready for you in 30! Would’ve made the whole difference in the world.
Service has truly gone down hill. It’s no surprise this location has such a terrible review score.

I’ve filled 2 rx’s here and had a great experience every time. We are from out of state so the prescriptions aren’t covered by insurance. The tech used the goodrx coupon they have in the store on her own accord. I had forgotten about goodrx! Thank you for saving me money and taking that initiative…twice! I didn’t have to wait long for either rx. 15-20 min tops.

Just stopped by to pick up an OTC medicine from the pharmacy. Pharmacy staff member was very nice and efficient. I had called ahead to see if they carry this medicine, and over the phone was very nice too. I didn’t buy anything other than this at the pharmacy. So I don’t have an opinion on actual store or check out line.

Do something about that stupid automated phone system give us the opportunity to just get right to what we call for. What I needed your automated system could not help me with so if I say I wanna representative in Pharmacy then send me to a representative and Pharmacy don’t treat me like I’m stupid and you’re better than I am.

I live 1 minute away from this Walgreens. Will GLADLY drive 10 minutes out of the way to another location for anything from now on. Placed an online order. Took them 2 HOURS to find 2 out of the 10 items I had originally paid for. Only after I called them to see what in the world was taking so long. Asked for them to include any replacement items for items not found. Nope. No effort. Then I went to get curbside pick up. Responded to the email that alerts them that I’m there. 20 minutes pass and no one. People go in and leave, so I get out and walk in and they said “sorry it’s been so busy”. Not a single customer in there. The managers here are consistently lazy and the customer service is poor. Every time. I cannot begin to tell you how many visits I’ve made here, thinking my experience hopefully will be better than the last. I refuse anymore. The employee with pink hair and the manager, I believe her name is Jennifer are ALWAYS unpleasant. The culture here is terrible. Do the neighborhood a favor and clean house. I know, I sound like an annoying, unpleasant “Karen”, I’m actually quite a patient person. And I’m done. Not to mention the pharmacy staff is rude, but that’s a whole different story and I’m not wasting my time anymore on this place. I will be contacting Walgreens and the regional manager, because it’s truly unacceptable. Just read all the reviews here. The positive ones are probably the employees themselves.

We needed copies of a few pictures in a hurry for Christmas cards. After ordering dinner at IHOP my wife uploaded several pics to the Walgreens app and the we ate dinner. Shortly after our meal, she got a text from Walgreen's advising us the one hundred copies she had ordered was ready. A short drive later and we stopped in Walgreen's to find all our copies were indeed ready. The copies came out great and the cost was very reasonable. If you need quality photos copied in hurry, Walgreens is definitely the place to go. We were very impressed by the fast, courteous service. I give them my top rating of five stars.

I used to go to this location on a weekly basis. Mostly because it’s closest to my house and because the staff usually treated me very nicely. That is until one night I was struggling with a flu needed medicine, soup and diapers. I knew I was arriving 5 minutes until 10 PM closing and so I ran through the store to ensure I wouldn’t keep them past closing. I was grabbing my last item of 3 when the manager (I believe, to my dismay) with purple hair. Rudely said “ you do know we’ve been closed for 5 minutes. You need to stop shopping and leave” I stated that it was 9:57 and that I thought her customer service was terrible. She proceeded to yell at me across the store about how she takes closing on time seriously for safety reasons, which I would understand but her attitude towards me was horrendous to be honest. I was calling Walgreens customer service in my car to explain what happened. Her and co-workers locked the door at 10:01 and the lady with the purple hair proceeded to yell at me very aggressively. I’ve now called the customer service line twice and they were supposed to call back and still haven’t. I have to now drive 10 extra minutes to go to another Walgreens. Because I’d rather not go in and be harassed by her. Reading through the comments I’m sure she is the manager most keep speaking of. To her higher ups… you will keep losing loyal customers if you keep this maniac employed at your store. Very dissatisfied and honestly flabbergasted that she is able to get away with her horrible treatment towards guests.

I was employed at this Walgreens location (10429 S Redwood Rd) for a very short amount of time. Roughly a few months. This was THE MOST terrible place I have ever worked at in my entire life. The management is disrespectful, disgustingly unprofessional and extremely immature. Just the management alone spreads lies and gossips about every one of their employee's. There is so much harassment and bullying being passed around it is almost unbelievable and totally mind blowing. I have never been in such a toxic work environment. The employee's AND management are disgusting not only to everyone who works here but to almost every single customer that asks for assistance with something. I've witnessed customers being yelled at, things tossed towards them, attitude thrown and it was very hard to watch almost everyday. I've seen the shift lead Jenny make 3 of my coworkers cry on multiple occasions because of how she speaks about/towards them. There has been unspeakable things written on walls in the building to where only employees could see, targeting certain people with foul words and names. It's happened multiple different times and it has gotten out of hand. I'm glad I was able to find a healthy work environment and leave this emotional mess of a place. I feel sorry for everyone who has to continue going through that. DO NOT APPLY HERE.

My one star means nothing to no one, I’m sure, but good hell. Close this store already. I made a special trip here to get something I needed. The register thing wouldn’t work. Wouldn’t read any card I used. Tried all of em. I obviously have 8 whole dollars in all of my many accounts. Attendant said it was the third time that day that wouldn’t work for someone. So I just had to give up and leave I guess. No effort to change registers or anything. Just like “welp, sucks to be you, bye”.I don’t expect much out of Walgreens on general but seems like no one wants to work anymore. A simple check out process is hard I guess. No wonder everyone in Cali just walks in these places and takes what they want without paying. The store won’t even let you if you try!
