There was no NFC reader. Didn't think a place like Walmart would be so behind on the times.
The lady who was supposed to be helping with one of the self checkouts was chit chatting with the one working on the other side. A handful of other customers and I just gave up and left after waiting awhile.

We are regulars we come to this Walmart very frequently. I give this place four thumbs up because the bathrooms could use some work and some times you I see that the store needs to be restocked every now and then. I do come here very frequently and maybe that's why I see that the shelves need to be restocked but that is the reason why I give this four stars instead of five. When it comes to Bingham apparel the Walmart off of bangerter highway definitely has more options. **I use to do Walmart Grocery pick up but the service went down hill, long wait time, bad customer service, they don't pick produce well. So I just stopped all together. I was given two coupons for the bad service I received, so I used one and the service didn't change and I didn't want to keep complaining so now I just walk in. TIP: Smiths market has amazing grocery pick up service.

This Walmart's online order free pickup is a complete joke. I should have just paid the $5 shipping. They don't send the right emails saying when to come get it and the stuff I ordered 2 WEEKS ago, they tell me is still in transit and they have no other information about where it is or when it will get to them?! Are you kidding me? Does anyone that works for Walmart know any common knowledge?! Do not order anything online and try to pick it up at this Walmart unless you want to waste your time driving to and from and calling and having to talk to 10 different people trying to find your package that they have lost. I've always hated Walmart and this isn't helping my views towards them being an awful business as a whole corporation.

Horrible customer service as always, but then again what do you expect from a Wal Mart? I think these people think they know they have job security so they don't need customer service because Wal Mart is huge and never going away which is unfortunate.

Nice 24/7, my nearby Walmart isn't 24/7. I notice some staffs isn't work well and doesn't answer my questions really good.

This Walmart is totally revamped with modern looks and it's clean and well organized, looks almost like target. I was very satisfied with the overall shopping experience.

Walmart isn't exactly known for its award winning customer service - which doesn't exist. But when you have associates who can't assist in ringing up store brand items - and insist that you go to another line to check out, what the s the purpose of having employees? When you're too dam lazy to do your job IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER, you suffer from IDGAF, and should be fired. Obviously, he associate won't be fired, because it's not Just him, it's the culture of the store, and other Walmart stores nationwide. Walmart is "too big to fail" and it shows from the management down. I'm sure he headquarters know this, and won't do a damn thing about it, because the public will tolerate it for "low prices." At some point, you have to say, "enough is enough."

It's a Walmart I know. But I asked 3 employees the same question. One didn't speak English and walked away. The other two just pointed to the back of the store without saying anything. And then I tried to get my oil changed and the guy at the auto desk said it would take about 30 minutes. I was a little rushed for time but I figured 30-40 minutes would be fine. I drove my car back to the garage and it took them 20 minutes to even talk to me. Then they took another 10 minutes to figure out if they had the right filter for my car. And then told me it would take at least an hour to fix. I realize it's a Walmart but man the customer service is just terrible.

Store suddenly changed from 24 hour location last week. Reopens at 6 am. I always depend on this location because of my hours. Now I have a 10 mile drive

Not only has this walmart become disgusting over the years. The employees seem to have no brain cells left. I asked 6 different employees where I could find beeswax. Three of which didn't even know what beeswax was. The other 3 had no idea where it was as refused to help me find it. Two of the employees were literally sitting on their butts on the floor twiddling their fingers, they wouldn't stand up to help me. These two were adult men in their 30s.
