Honestly I’m mad I even thought I’d stop by the Walmart because it was on the way. I will continue to avoid Walmart at all costs. Stop asking for receipts at the exit when you have an army of people in the self check out and for the love of god, how do you not accept Apple Pay yet? The lack of convenience alone is what convinces me to drive farther for another grocer, and I’m not going to be accused for stealing shit I was just eye balled down while purchasing. The accusations of stealing what a seperate time and has been handled but what at this location. Please don’t go. I don’t even know if people consider Google reviews anymore but please go to smiths or Petersons or Whole Foods for that matter.

I'm appalled at how this Walmart treats someone that is having a health crisis. I asked the CM to please get me a chair my daughter is starting to have a seizure. She didn't understand. But then told me there was a chair at customer service and she couldn't move it. She literally walked away. I had to sit my daughter on the bagging carousel. Then the lady at the door....yes I know she was trying to do her job.... seeing my daughter visibly having issues was more worried about the receipts, we showed her the receipts and then asked me if I'm ok. Then when I told her my daughter was trying to have a seizure she says OK have a nice day. NO HELP WHAT SO EVER.

Was just at the grocery line. I rang up so mucinex the girl ran over and said that I wasn't old enough. Meanwhile I am struggling to check myself out due to the fact that it took me 2 .minutes messing with the cheesy bags that were the end of two they had picked up off the floor evidently.Two cashiers sat on their azz on the register next to me and casually chatted. After what your owner did today, I will to the best of my ability, never set foot in a dump like yours again.

This Walmart is always understaffed. If you need help anywhere but the front counters you are out of luck. The sporting goods counter never has anybody available. The auto department never has enough people. You will wait for 20 minutes at least at their counter before you are helped, even if pushing the help button. Their crew has learned to not look towards the counter while they are working. They will finish whatever car they are working on before they come to the counter to help you. We had 8 people lined up at the auto counter today. We asked other store employees for help, and they just kept saying ‘push the help button’. It really is pathetic.

I usually give good reviews but the cashier was rude didn't say a word to me. Slow took 5 minutes to get a sticker off of something. Did not even tell me my total. Where was kindness went. Sad.

The cash register are just the worst here and everything they sell is to make you weak, unhealthy and vibrate at a low frequency. I have started seem a bit more organic product but a store that allows all those horrific ingredients to be sold there is not a good place

I purchased almost $100 in groceries and I asked for 80 cashback (I need it change for a $20 bill) the manager Angela was nasty and said no if you want to change you need to buy something...when I said I already purchased stuff she than was rude and said I don't care we won't change it for you) & had this facility expresion * can't belive she is a manger she doesn't have CS skills and was a bad example to her employees ....

They always have abouy 1/2 of the self serve checkout counters closed. So at this Walmart you can expect to wait in line for self service. That's unacceptable.

I had a single item to return and we got there just in time to the service desk. There was a bunch of employees just standing around talking and then they finally looked at us and I said I have a return and one of the girls looked at her watch and said “oh we’re closed” and I asked when they close and she said “At 10:00, so 5 minutes ago” It literally turned 10:00 while we were sitting there waiting for them. I told her it has just barely turned 10:00 and showed her my phone with the time of 10:00 (clearly not 5 minutes ago) and she just said “You’ll have to come tomorrow” I know it is not that difficult to process a single return. And there definitely would've been enough time if they actually helped us and did their job instead of just sitting around talking.
You’re allowed to talk to your coworkers but you’re being paid to do a job, and not helping a customer because you’re too busy talking until you close is horrible service.
