My compliments on the purity of your Food Club bottled water. It tests at 3 parts per million of total dissolved solids which is about 1/10 the amount found in bottled water from other sources.

Its a nice store but the prices are way expensive lately the bakery is over priced and its like 12$ or more for a veggie tray 7 to 8$ for 6 cupcakes 4 bucks for a singel cookie? We love the peanut butter bars but they are super over priced. I use to love to ho there but its way way over priced.. I love yhe sugar cookies they make to decorate on your own but they have gone up..

I went to Macey’s on a mission: soda. Lots of soda. My daughter wanted a soda bar at her wedding reception, and thanks to Macey’s deals, I left looking like I was stocking a bunker for the Cola Apocalypse.
Pro tip: Join the Macey’s Perks club. The discounts are so good you’ll start inventing reasons to buy 20 liters of root beer.
The cashier was fantastic, efficient, friendly, and unfazed by the Great Wall of Soda I rolled up with. She got me checked out and on my way before I could even second-guess my life choices.
I’ve also heard legends of Macey’s soft serve ice cream, apparently, it’s the stuff of local lore, but sadly, it was closed when I went. Guess I’ll just have to return for dessert… and probably another cart of soda.
Bottom line: Macey’s is part grocery store, part soda supplier, part ice cream parlor. Five stars, would stockpile again.

Kind of a Smith's wannabe but it's really no contest. Their generic items (food club) are no match for Kroger brand. And prices are much higher than ought to be. Going to their restroom requires upper management approval with an escort. And person guarding self checkout area is usually pretty snotty. Paste a smile on and act like you get paid to do it. Sheesh!

Kind of an odd location on the street to get to.
Inside - very clean and well lighted. I was greeted with a smile by one of the checkers - a rare thing these days.
Self checkout was simple and fast.

This place has the best employees I have ever dealt with. They are always smiling and willing to help. They make me feel welcomed and not like a bother or burden. Take Ashley a cashier I met on her first day yesterday. 7/23/2025 Smurf not only answered my questions like a veteran employee she delivered superior customer service and I was happy to met her. She was amazing and I would go through her line everyday! Cudos to your recruiter and training operations. Ashley is a perfect fit for an already an amazing team of employees. U guys got lucky with that one! Plus the many others in this store! Macey’s lives up to their name and has the #1 spot in my book when it comes to customer service. They nailed it. And do this every day! Keep it up!
